Just a short walk to Tropic of Cancer beach. About 25 minutes from Georgetown, this is the perfect spot for those that want to be a little off the beaten path and explore all the beauty of this special island while still having lots of amenities and restaurants nearby.

The cottage is spacious (864 sq. ft.) with Full kitchen and washer dryer. Two full baths with walk in showers, living room with TV, starlink wifi, A/C, complimentary use of kayaks and more. A VERY comfortable place to vacation. A great place to snorkel also with our own reef steps away from our shoreline.

The house is only 50 steps from the water on a beautiful sandy beach on the calm west side of the island with turquoise, completely transparent water. A lot of properties have volcanic rock and are unsuitable for swimming. The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING.
