If you’re reading this review, it means you’re considering this rental. If this beach-front property is available, don’t waste any more time and simply rent it! My wife and I have rented AirBnB properties around the world and this rental was spectacular. One of the best places, if not the best place, we’ve ever rented. Mary-Louise is a very responsive host, her place is spotless clean, large with 2 bedrooms and has a multi-million dollar view. Only steps away from the ocean, falling asleep to the ocean was so relaxing and the only thing we wish was to have been able to stay longer than just 3 nights. My work colleagues was raised in Cape Town and recommended Camps Bay over the V&A area and we were so happy we listened to him and stayed on Glen Beach. Thanks so much Mary-Louise for an amazing stay!!!!! Should we ever return to Cape Town, we will definitely be a repeat guest.

Wonderful place, we wish we’d stay longer! Ideal for 3 couples. You get everything you can imagine for a perfect stay. But extra - very nice pool, we used even though it was a bit chilly. There are also few hot jacuzzi’s, but we did not find time for them. Beautiful gardens with local fauna. Unbelievable view on vineyards, we enjoyed both during sunset and sunrise. Host provides everything needed for grilling. Lots of recommendations from host on places to visit. Definitely recommend staying here!

Our family of 6 stayed at Sally’s home for a family reunion- we had a fabulous time! The home is so clean and spacious. The kitchen was wonderful and Brenda is so kind and helpful. The views of the ocean and mountain are stunning! We hope to stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay here while we were visiting Cape Town. It has an amazing view of the ocean and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy it. The house was extremely clean and well-stocked for our stay, and Naomi was very kind and attentive. There is plenty of space for anywhere from a couple to a large family to stay. We will definitely book this Airbnb again on our next trip to Cape Town!

Lovely space after a day spent in the mountains! Two fires to enjoy, and the most comfortable bed and linen! enjoyed our time and would stay again. Walked around the land a bit, picked a couple of lemons off the bountiful trees, and enjoyed a movie by the fire with dinner made on the outdoor braai/bbq. Vicki was very responsive and the property felt very private and well kitted out.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Simon’s place. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Simon was always responsive, available, and very helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here!

First off, Belinda is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and clear in her instructions. In addition to Belinda’s great hosting, there’s a housekeeper and a gardener who are both incredibly kind and maintain the house in top form. The house itself is very spacious and even more impressive than the photos suggest. It features three large indoor kitchen areas and an outdoor Braai. If you love cooking, this place is a dream come true! The pool is wonderful, though it does occasionally collect pollen and leaves from the neighbors’ trees. The house can comfortably accommodate six adults, but we stayed with just two adults and a baby for most of our stay. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five-minute drive from Stellenbosch. There’s plenty to do nearby, offering the perfect balance of being close to Stellenbosch’s lively city center while still enjoying the peace and quiet. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!

Honestly loved everything !! Odette is helpful, kind and goes the extra mile!! Upon check in Odette was friendly, had a list of places to check out in the area and gave us a lovely tour. The place itself was better than the pictures. Honestly will book again the future ! Wish I didn’t have to leave, the place had everything ❤️

Thank you for a great stay! We loved the cottage and its surrounds - so much character, super clean, beautiful bedding and towels, special little touches such as the coffee pods and delicious rusks, oh, and the smell of lavender in the air! Lovely fireplace, big screen TV, amazing shower and peaceful environment. One cannot find a more perfect location! Can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the garden and pool to the full! The home is exactly as described, and more.

We had a wonderful stay at Lavender Lane. We felt completely spoilt staying in such a beautiful home. All bedrooms are en suite and extremely comfortable. Loved being on the golf course where we could walk around freely. The pictures don't do the house justice!

I cannot say enough about Claire and her wonderful spot in Franschhoek. Easily the nicest apartment that my wife and I have stayed in and it really felt as if we were walking in to our own home. This place has everything and is extremely comfortable and well-located. And our hostess provided the best directions etc. that we have ever had which made everything easy. So if you are after a stay which has all the mod cons, is well-situated, luxuriously comfortable and really user-friendly then this is for you. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The house is literally nestled between the dunes with a stunning view of the sea. The finishes throughout the home are beautifully done, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. It was a very pleasant experience—highly recommended.

The pictures do not lie, The Brickhouse is amazing! Nestled on a hill with fantastic views of Hout Bay. We had a beautiful 10 days there and I cannot wait to go back. Our host Mark was so friendly and accommodating . Thank you again Mark!!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a property. From Maryna the host who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, down to the breathtaking property. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were really sad to leave when our trip ended. Would definitely look to stay here again!

This place magical and beyond what is seen in pictures! The attention to the very little details was amazing! Super peaceful place and highly recommended for anyone likes to get out of the city life and relax. I am writing this review while we are still at the property. We have stayed in many AirBnB's, but never have we encountered a place as fascinating as Kloof House. Nestled into the trees, at the bottom of the mountains, is this haven of peace. Due to the way it is built we feel one with nature. The interior is thoughtfully dominated by wood and endless floor to ceiling glass, it is warm and intriguing. We constantly stop to gaze at the forest. It almost feels a bit like being part of Jurassic Park, just without the dinosaurs. Inside it is pure luxury, no expenses have been spared, top notch appliances and so generously stocked, incredibly beautiful and stylish furniture, insanely comfortable beds. The nature pool, large hot tub and braai area are a real treat. All of this coupled with the friendliness and immediate responsiveness of the hosts makes this getaway one we will never forget. Thank you so much Keri and Louise!! 

We had a fantastic stay at Oliver's place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped and extremely pleasant inside and outside. The location is great, the view is awesome, it gives a feeling of remoteness though very well connected to everything. Perfect to work, to relax or to go hiking around. Oliver was always reachable and helpful. We loved the place and will definitely come back.

The Writer's Nook is a peaceful sanctuary in a beautiful, safe neighborhood in Somerset West. The space is light and spacious and is beautifully and stylishly furnished. I loved the indoor fireplace, the well-equipped kitchen, and the luxurious bedding. Anel was a wonderful host: Responsive, helpful and very kind.
