We were so lucky to have found this amazing Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for our family trip. Our host, Michelle, was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we were arriving late with a toddler, she kindly offered to get a bottle of milk for us, which we truly appreciated. The pantry was generously stocked with essentials like bread, butter, pancake mix, coffee, tea, and seasonings — such a thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The master bedroom even had an attached playroom filled with toys and games, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The bath fizz and bath salts were also a lovely treat for them during bath time! We felt so well taken care of and really appreciated all the small details Michelle put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids!

The Cottesloe Beach House was so beautiful, homely and in just a near perfect spot. Cottesloe is an amazing suburb in Perth, whether you're a beach goer or not. Absolutely beautiful area in the Western Suburbs and easy to get into the City or to Fremantle. With adjacent suburbs like Claremont the area also has wonderful eateries and shopping away from the beautiful beaches. This beach house is in a lovely quiet street around the corner from the ever-popular Daisies Cafe and just 5mins walk from a terrific IGA shopping complex with pharmacy and several dining options. When we walked into the house the hosts had set the place up amazingly with soft lighting, beautiful music and some warmth to help us escape from such an unusually cold day in the West. The beds were all super-comfy with soft bed linen and the open plan living flows from the kitchen all the way down to the pool deck and BBQ area. The kids were big fans! Also need to say that the hosts were so good to deal with. Thanks.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

A beautiful and seamless experience from start to finish. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described maybe even better in person. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Lesmurdie was a lovely, peaceful area and surprisingly not a far drive from anywhere a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. May blessings fill this home always. Staying at many different types of accommodation throughout Australia whilst travelling for work, Maureen's home was extremely well presented and you felt at home the moment you opened the door. All of the furnishing and bedding and linen etc was of great quality and the home was very comfortable. If ever needing to stay in Perth again for more than one person or couple, this is a great option and will always consider re-booking there first. Maureen and her family are very nice and very responsive and were a delight to deal with. Thank you Maureen for such a lovely stay.

Jasmine’s place was so comfortable and perfect for my family. Location was great for the sporting competition we were in town for. Overall, we loved our stay at Jasmine’s place. Will definitely stay again.

Levi & Trevor are very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. Our family of 8 had a lovely and comfortable stay at their home. The place was neat and clean and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. We are looking forward to our stay with them again on our return leg to Perth. Highly recommended!

My family and I loved this place - it's beautifully furnished and was very clean and new. Suria was also very responsive and friendly before and throughout the stay. The location in Morley was great as it was close to the airport and shopping was ample at the Galleria which was walking distance. Coventry Village also has pretty delicious and affordable Asian food. We would definitely recommend the place to anybody looking to stay near the airport!

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nathan and Hannah's went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, they were very responsive to our queries and personally brought items to our place when we couldn't find it. The house was exceptionally spacious and cosy, with plenty of room for us to cook, relax and dine. The kitchen had a dishwasher which saved us time cleaning up, and is well stocked with various kitchen utensils and products for our cooking needs (e.g. aluminium foil, cling wraps, bbq tongs, condiments, strainer, baking dish etc.) The bedrooms were well equipped with wardrobes/walk-in-closets and hangers. The bathrooms were spotless with a good supply of hot water! The outdoor bbq grill works well, just needs a little cleaning. Loved the convenience of a garage to park our car, and the privacy of an entire house for us to wind down after a day of exploring the city and countryside. Accessible location of the house by car, 15-20mins from city centre and 25mins to Perth airport. Thank you for having us!

Perfect location for our stay. Even though it is close to main roads, once inside the house you cannot hear any road noise. Wonderful nights rest, everything you need for a stay and immaculately clean. Already looking to book it for next year.

Thank you for having us at your lovely place! We loved this house, it was bright, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The children really liked the playroom and spent a lot of time there. The host was very proactive in ensuring that guests had access to clear information and would drop messages to check in on us. The house was very clean and comfortable, it seemed like it was a brand new house. Location was great, very convenient to shops and the beach. We would love to come back for a stay :)

Awesome location. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Supermarkets like Coles and Woolworths are a short drive away. The house is very quaint. Everything works well. All amenities listed were available, in ample quantities and in good working order. Beds and seats were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is fantastic for a number of things, convenience of location - close to shopping centre, park, lake, beach, cafes, restaurants. layout of the house - well appointed, sensible design, great size rooms, hand rails well situated, comfortable.l. Heating the bedroom rooms was the only issue and we weren't allowed visitors which was a bit of a bummer because you immediately felt, less relaxed as this clearly is not your home even though initially we did havel a homely feeling. However, overall the place is a great place to chill for a couple or small quiet family.

Such a fantastic BNB to stay at ... Dawn has put so much love and care into this property ... Her BNB Guests are the priority & she has considered their needs through every aspect ... Double glazed windows through out the property are brilliant and create the most peaceful environment for sleeping at night and insulating against the weather ... There is quality heating & cooling in all rooms ... A new washing machine ... Comfortable couches ... Comfortable king size bed ... Security fly screens on both the front and back main entry doors (sometimes you just do not get this in a BNB) - loved these as you can open the doors for fresh air while feeling safe ... the car port is right next to the house and it provides excellent coverage for your car (a 4WD Lancruiser Wagon fits really well) ... The front garden is a little sanctuary and beautifully designed - very private as it has a tall, secure fence out the front ... Dawn is a generous Host with consumables too. We will be back x

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is huge and we love the space. It’s a peaceful neighborhood but 5 mins drive to restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. The kitchen is great and well equipped, dining and living space just right in front of the kitchen, providing a nice layout to hang out together with our travel group of 4 families. Lena has been very responsive on our messages which gives us a peace of mind when we have queries. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we enjoyed the house very much.

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The location is super convenient—close to the city with plenty of amenities just 5 minutes away. The location is super close to the airport and within 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house has everything you need and honestly the pictures that Dayo posted on his listing doesn’t do justice to the entire home - it’s huge and way beyond my expectations. We hope to be back again someday! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The house is situated in a great central place for exploring any areas north of the river by car, being close to the highway, freeway and Wanneroo road. Most places are easy to get to from here and places like Kings Park, the beach, Caversham wildlife park and the zoo are all 15-25 mins away (traffic depending) Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and a huge shopping mall within walking distance which was very convenient. The street was very quiet and peaceful so relaxing in the house at night was never an issue either. Didn't come across any issues regarding the stay, the house was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay and Faisal was very quick to respond to any queries and questions we did have. Very pleasant experience!
