We loved our stay at Ann’s place. Perfect home for a girls weekend away. Peaceful, beautiful views & surrounds. Plenty of space & beds for all. Good amenities. Lovely to have the Wood fire going in the evening. Ann was very responsive, easy to communicate with & it was lovely to be welcomed by the friendly dogs. We are already planning to come back again.

Wonderful Airbnb and host. Gorgeous views over the little dam with lots of wildlife to enjoy watching from the deck with your morning cuppa. The place is so quiet and comfortable with many small and unexpected luxuries and little extras. You will have absolutely everything you need, including ample firewood and even toasting forks for the provided marshmallows! We loved the breakfast hamper which was incredibly generous and delicious. Genevieve was a very proactive host who clearly cares deeply about the quality of her property and guest’s experience there. She made sure we had the right directions to find her place safely. Check in was a breeze and a lovely guest book answered all our questions and more. We even had a late check out which was such a relaxing way to finish the weekend. I would recommend hilltop to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away- great stay and thanks again!

We had a fantastic stay as two families with 5 kids. The house is perfect for a cozy weekend away and the deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. Nige is a great host and we will definitely be back!

Exceptional experience. Nice quiet a d tidy place. Hosts are so accommodating and honest. We left a valuablr item at the property with valuables. We were contacted by the hosts and the item was picked up safely. Highly recommended

I'd highly recommend Stephanie's country cottages to anyone looking for a peaceful bush getaway. A friendly and gracious host, we felt right at home straight away and the cottage was lovely and comfortable. The garden is a fantastic place to do some star gazing, then have a copy fire to warm back up. Just loved it. Thank you for having us Stephanie!

Stayed for two nights with family as attended the red hot summer festival. Clean & comfortable space, lots of room on the couch for all of us. Comfy beds & pillows. Walkable distance to the Jockey Club (approx 20-25mins). House situated at the back, so fairly quiet. Thanks for having us & we will definitely use again in the future.

Our stay was great. Very clean and easy to get in. Had a washing machine and dryer which was extremely handy for our situation. Location wise was spot on and very useful for us as we played at QEO across the road the next day. The only thing I would say, and this isn’t a controllable factor, you can hear the night club when everything get quiet. Woke us up around 1pm when the cars were off the road, was hard to get back to sleep with the doof doof music, so if you’re light sleepers maybe stay away on a Saturday night. Was very enjoyable!

Spotlessly clean and beautifully curated, the cottage was everything we could have hoped for and more. Peaceful, comfortable and filled with thoughtful touches, it also felt private which we appreciated. The welcome bottle of fizz was very generous as were all the other amenities designed to create a feeling of home away from home. Only a five minute drive from Daylesford, the location was super convenient and easily accessible. Similarly, Heather was incredibly responsive and quick to help with local tips and suggestions. An all-round lovely stay! We hope to visit again one day soon.

Rhonda was a great host, quick to respond and her home was beautiful with lots of personal touches, loved the photo album showing the process of the home being built and the garden and outdoor area were beautiful to relax and enjoy the view. Inside was beautiful and welcoming, the coffee machine was a life saver with good quality coffee and welcoming chocolates next to a beautiful welcoming message, we will definitely return
