It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Welcome to our spacious and private upstairs apartment! Remodeled with a comfy modern industrial theme in a historic home. The fully stocked kitchen is great for long stays for up to 2 adults. An air mattress, cot, and Pack-n-Play are available for children. Nestled in the village of Almond, we're between Alfred University, Alfred State College, and Hornell. The apartment is near Wellsville, Swain Ski Resort, the Finger Lakes Trail, and not far from Stony Brook and Letchworth State Parks.

Your stay will be in a beautifully remodeled second story walk up apartment centrally located on Main Street. The apartment features a full kitchen, bedroom, bath, walk-in closet and living room with electric fireplace.. on-site free laundry. Free WiFi and 65" TV. Don't want to cook in? Then just step out your door and enjoy any of our local restaurant's/bars on Main Street. This is a 140 year old building so the steps to the second floor are steep. Most people have no issue.

Our cabin is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore! Our cabin is one of our OFFSITE getaways to our Potter County Family Campground!
