Enjoy a Wellfleet getaway in this sweet cottage surrounded by 1.5 acres of gardens and trees. The home is centrally located on Rt 6 and less than 1 mile into the center of town. From the long driveway, you can access the old dirt Rail Trail and reach Dyer Pond and Duck Pond in less than a mile. The backyard is filled with gardens and trees providing shade over a cedar playset and Adirondack chairs. The deck has a picnic table and Weber grill. Linens included. Pets/smoking are not allowed.

The house includes central heat and air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living room. It has a modern kitchen with a beautiful dining nook.

Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
