My new, beautiful and detached house at the border crossing to Luxembourg, which I have created with a lot of passion, fulfills all dreams. It is located on the Moselle in the middle of the countryside with the possibility to observe animals and hike in the garden. You can discover great restaurants as well as many wine cellars and vineyards. So my house is suitable for everything: business trips, city trips, active or recreational vacations. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

New apartment in a well-kept environment

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

Katja's vacation home

- Pets on request only "Katjas Ferienwohnung" is located in Nittel in Rheinland-Pfalz and is a great starting point for discovering the beautiful Mosel region as well as the nearby Luxemburg. The apartment features a living room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave and one bathroom with a shower. The amenities also include Wi-Fi, a TV and a children's highchair and a cot (both on request).

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
