The Peacock Perch is named after the resident peacocks family. The suite is connected to an occupied house by a locking breezeway. The perch is situated atop a hill looking out on beautiful Lake Rosa. We swim, fish and boat regularly because Rosa is a clear sand bottom lake! The walk from the cabin to the lakefront is down hill and semi steep, but terraced. 🦚Short stay cleaning fee $50 🦚morning check in 🦚late afternoon check out 🦚no minimum stay, come for just a single night if you wish!

Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a fee.
