®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. In the loft style, you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

A Garcionerre in the basement of a single-family house in the countryside, surrounded by meadows and forests is available as a quiet accommodation for artistic activities or vacation. The accommodation is ideal for creative work, as the tranquility of nature inspires. The surrounding area offers hiking opportunities and an atmosphere for relaxation. Supermarkets and restaurants can also be reached quickly by car. A bus stop to the city center or Graz is within walking distance.

Experience relaxing days in our sunny apartment in Semriach! Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious terrace, which invites you to relax and linger. The private garden offers space to play and is ideal for cozy barbecues or an outdoor breakfast. The Lurgrotte, the town center and the outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door. The cultural highlights of Graz are a short drive.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Basement "VerLisaMa"

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the vineyards in the middle of the Riede Schäming/St. Anna am Aigen. With its rustic elegance and modern amenities, it offers the ideal retreat for couples, families and friends. It has one bedroom, bathroom/toilet, kitchen for 4 people. Houseboat Swan's Nest

Houseboat Schwanennest is located right on the lake in Kirchberg an der Raab, offering many opportunities for hiking, relaxing in nature, and water sports. The cozy 19 m² accommodation features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and is ideal for 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning. The boat has a private covered terrace where you can unwind in the evening.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Log cabin at Schöckl

Beautiful log cabin at the foot of the Schöckl. The views from the terrace are stunning. The house is located on the edge of the forest and is in a very quiet location. The summit cross of the Schöckl can be reached on foot in less than an hour. Ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers or people who simply want to enjoy the tranquility and a great view!
