Bright and charming loft with magnificent views

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

Direkt am Stadtrand von Dresden in grüner und ruhiger Lage befindet sich unsere Ferienwohnung. Sie bietet Ihnen einen herrlichen Blick über Dresden. Hier wird ideal das ländliche mit dem städtischen Flair miteinander verbunden. Direkt in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung befinden sich Wiesen und Wanderwege, um entspannte Spaziergänge unternehmen zu können. Gleichermaßen sind Sie in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in ca.15 min in der belebten Innenstadt.

Vacation with dog on the outskirts of Dresden

Our cozy apartment with separate entrance is in a quiet, green environment. Enjoy a relaxing holiday at the vineyard in a protected landscape area. Dogs are also very welcome here. Near the apartment you will find restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, butcher and pharmacy. Within 30 minutes you are by public transport in the center of Dresden. Moritzburg, Meißen and Saxon Switzerland are also easily accessible by car.

Practical little place to stay

You can stay longer here. Everything you need comes together here: apartment with short distances from bus and train, free parking at the house, a comfortable bed, closet, sofa for chilling, table for working, kitchen with everything needed for a simple meal, bathroom with window, of course W LAN with fast internet. It's quiet. The small apartment on the first floor is all yours alone in a larger house with garden.

Lovely Appartement with city view

Dear Guest, located in the subpart Plauen its perfectly located for a nice city stay. Just a 3 minute walk to the next public transport station its a 10 minute ride to the city centre. Expect a gorgous oldtown with baroque buildings, world famous museums from old masters to contemporay art. The Appartement offers one master bedroom, a kitchen with an eating place, bathroom, free parking, WIFI.

Modern one-room apartment, quiet / centrally located.

The in-law is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in the second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.

Dresden Apple Fritters

It is a log cabin in Dresden-Dölzschen with a fantastic view of the city. The hut has a garden with a small orchard meadow. It is new and lovingly furnished. It is a unique starting point to explore beautiful Dresden. If you want, you can also relax in nature or explore old village centers of the surrounding villages on foot.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
