Family-friendly holiday rentals in Weissenburg in Bayern

Lovely airbnb in a nice quiet side street. Located close to a Lidl and a great beer garden with accompanying German restaurant. We loved the hot tub and amazing decoration and had a really pleasant stay!

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

We had a lovely few days before Easter. In the accommodation is everything you need and it is ideal for children. The huge garden also invites you to not leave the property. There is a bunch of toys, a hot tub, a sauna and a solarium. If you want, you can spend the evening at the fire pit or sit in the gazebo. For young and old, it has it all. Yes, the furniture is older but everything is intact, functional and clean. Special highlight, especially with small children is the laundry room. Yes, not the desired employment on vacation, but who wants can make great use of it. We'll be back for sure.

From booking to checkout, everything went smoothly. Communication was very friendly and fast. Very warm and friendly landlords. We also have nothing wrong with the accommodation, we lacked nothing. I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

Five days at the end of March. If atmosphere, style and quality of life is important, it will love it. Lovingly restored, with a successful mix of antique and modern comforts. Plenty of space and freedom of movement, the magical castle in front of the windows in front and rural idyll with large seating area and garden to the back. I love the creaking of the old, prepared wooden floorboards, the antique doors and the color scheme with a successful lighting concept. If you are more interested in cool new construction design, straight lines and state-of-the-art interior, you are of course wrong here. But the photos are descriptive enough. Unfortunately, I was there shortly before the beginning of flowering, but could guess how beautiful it must be when everything is in full bloom. For me, the perfect spot for getting away.

Excellent! We enjoyed our stay in Sabrine's home. She has a beautiful home that had all we needed plus a sauna as a bonus! On the cold days we happily sat in there and warmed up! The location is great - right next to a tram line and the main station. Great cafes, bakeries and restaurants in walking distance. Regina is very pleasant and showed us how things worked in the home. Highly recommend!!

A great and clean, tastefully decorated small apartment with a fantastic view that is second to none, sunsets for free. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing missing. Eva is a very nice host, was always responsive to us. We were very comfortable and will definitely be back!

We chose the place to celebrate our daughter's 2nd birthday. We already know the beautiful area thanks to our previous stays near Kehlheim/Riedenburg. So we were looking for a child-friendly accommodation and Marion's apartment was exactly that. Our daughter was delighted with the swings and the lovingly equipped children's play corner with the small children's table. In the apartment, there was everything vacationers could need, food supplies included. The view of the church from the window is beautiful. Unfortunately, we were too short to explore the fairytale garden. So we may come again. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

I can recommend the brick mill 100 percent. The arrival was very pleasant, friendly welcome, parking right outside the door, play barn directly opposite, so you have a nice view of the children when unloading. Great activities: we enjoyed the barbecue and campfire with the hosts very much, just like our trip to the Ansbach adventure pool and the children's hiking trail Rüdisbronn. The brick mill is very quiet. Really great if you want to unplug for a few days. No negative aspects.

The stay was great! The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The contact with Sandra was friendly and straightforward. I'd come back anytime – highly recommended!

Very nice place to stay, I would definitely come again. Hopefully the COVID restrictions will be lifted soon and the swim area can be used by multiple families again, it would be a great place to hang out in the evenings for some social gatherings.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Very great and lovingly managed and thoughtful complex: four of us had the AC apartment ( enough space with a balcony, everything you need and very clean). The outdoor area is great for children and adults: natural pool ( nice and big) , playground and possibility to grill and the location on the small lake is really nice. We had a very nice four day stay in an idyllic and quiet environment. Birgit is a very nice, warm hostess. She also took care of us in between and asked if everything was right and how we like it. We felt very comfortable in the spacious and cozily furnished apartment. There was nothing missing. Since we were traveling a lot, we were unfortunately unable to use the beautiful, large and very well-kept garden. We will be happy to come back and then for longer to enjoy everything.
