Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), medium groups, and furry friends (pets). There is a 2 dog MAXIMUM LIMIT and females must be spayed, due to a past bad experience. The back yard IS FULLY FENCED. No Cats and No Parties ($500 party fee.)
