The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Our accommodation is a large, well-equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have a great view of Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various shops, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk) yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. My accommodation is located in the countryside near the historic old town of Ravensburg. Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen ) can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Shopping facilities are in the vicinity (1 to 3 km). You'll love my place because you can look up to Lake Constance and the Alps in good weather.
