Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping areas. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Relax alone, as a couple, or with the whole family in this friendly and quiet accommodation. It is located in the basement of our house and has its own private entrance. The garden, with a comfortable seating area, sunshade and charcoal grill, invites you to unwind and relax. In winter, many Christmas markets can be found nearby. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper as well as the most important cooking utensils. In the private garden area you can soak up the sun and eat comfortably. In addition, there is a storage room, so bicycles can also be safely stored.

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. An attempt was made to combine historical with a modern standard, so dishwasher, oven, fridge, filter coffee machine are available in the built-in kitchen, but at the same time the historic masonry was preserved. A wood stove provides cozy, crackling warmth, an electric heater does not let you freeze if the wood stove stays cold. In the living room you will find SATELLITE TV and Wi-Fi in the entire house.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
