The apartment has three bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and a spacious living and dining area. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (2 x 2.40 m), another bedroom and the living room have sofas with a sleeping function.

The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
