Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im OG und verfügt über einen kostenlosen Stellplatz. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können im einem separaten Kellerraum abgestellt und bei Bedarf auch aufgeladen werden. Der Garten lädt mit seinem überdachten Pavillion zu gemütlichen Grillabenden und zum Sonnenbaden ein. Auch kleine Familien finden genügend Platz bei uns. Nach Absprache kann gerne auch ein Babybett bereitgestellt werden. Haustiere sind ohne Aufpreis willkommen.

Unser großer Garten mit Parkanlage, Pavillon, Grillplatz, schattenspendenden Bäumen und direktem Zugang zur Altmühl lädt zum Verweilen ein. Mit Angelschein und Tageskarte dürfen Sie sogar angeln. Schöne Wander- und Radwege liegen direkt vor unserer Haustüre. Im Ort gibt es Fahrradverleih, Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt.

There are shops, restaurants, a golf course and an outdoor pool.

Historic washhouse that was converted into a cozy guest house. Upstairs you sleep in a large room, right under the roof with old beams and beautiful wooden floor.
