Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

With convenient access to the Finger Lakes Region of Central New York, you'll be close to everything while staying here. While it is an old farmhouse we have done our best to bring out its charm by making it clean and guest friendly. We are glad for the opportunity to share our guest house on the farm with you!

Country cottage

We are in the country! On state highway Route 34B, about halfway between Ithaca (13 miles) and Aurora (14 miles), originally built as a "grandmother" cottage. Located in mid-Finger Lakes, never far from a waterfall. Rural setting, property grows vegetables, flowers, and fruit.

Waterfront Garden Level Apartment

Beautiful garden level apartment with a kitchenette, with the property situated on the river flowing out of Owasco Lake. You have water access just a short walk to the end of the yard and we're just a half mile from the lake. There's plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
