We have stayed here a few years in a row and have always enjoyed it. The house is very accommodating and spacious. It has worked well for our group having lots of beds and bathrooms. Simona has always been good with sending instructions and being available if you need anything. Would definitely recommend!!! Thanks again.

Maida was a fantastic host. She went above & beyond for sure. We loved the home, it was clean, spacious, well decorated, comfortable & very homey. Everything you need is here whether you are staying for a weekend or for a month. We have found our new home away from home in Springfield. This is now one of our favorite places to stay. Beds are comfy, 2 living rooms, multiple dining area options, plenty of room to spread out & relax. It is obvious, when you walk in the home Maida cares enough to provide her guests with nice, thoughful items & furniture in home, not the cheap stuff you see in some Air bnb's where they just provide the basics, to make a quick buck, like a hotel. Maida was very sweet, responsive & accommodating. I can't say enough about Maida or her home. Book this home, you won't regret it.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The home was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our two dogs—they loved having space to play, and we appreciated the peace of mind. It was a great spot for a relaxing getaway, and we had a lot of fun. We’d gladly stay here again and are already looking forward to our next trip back!

Our home away from home for 7 days was amazing! Very new and clean apartment style community! Loved the 5th floor gym, loft and game area! Very close to the mall and tons of eateries. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Springfield. Host were very fast responding and very accommodating for a minor adjustment we needed! My 17 yo son was impressed as well. He said he would live there🤗

Everything in the cabin was clean and fresh. It contained all the plates, utensils, and glasses that are needed. The refrigerator was new and a very nice size. Bathrooms were very clean. This was a great place to stay and we would come back again.

Clean everything & lots of great patio space, grilling, & campfire space! The biggest win for me is the units were listed as handicap accessible & it was! Big door ways. Smooth & flat surfaces. Plenty of space to move my wheelchair around. Rails by toilet and in shower! Seat in the shower! I was almost more comfy than at home! Thank you for ACTUALLY being accessible! So many places say they are and then they are not! I personally found the beds very hard & uncomfortable but I have a very bad back. I just used a bunch of the extra provided pillows to support my back & husband slept on the pull out couch to give me more room in the bed. He said the pullout was a pullout when has there ever been a comfortable one. But the biggest take away when looking back is having such a clean and cozy place to call it a night. Beds will be different for everyone but fresh & clean linens, towels, & facilities is the biggest comfort. Thank you so much for having us!

My husband, dog, and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to Bennett Springs. The cabin was very spacious and the amenities were as listed. We had some trouble connecting the TV to WiFi for streaming but after reviewing the amenities, it didn’t list that as an option so that may have been our misunderstanding. TV connected to antenna TV so about seven channels. WiFi was super fast so we just watched a movie on our laptop. Property was very nice with a pretty view out back and we really appreciated the dogwood tree planted in the back—nice touch! We will be returning.

The cabin was in perfect condition with all the amenities necessary. Full supplies in the kitchen and the bathroom. The shower was fantastic with instant hot water. The beds were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the solitude of the campfire which was pre-supplied with some firewood. We would highly recommend this cabin.

This cabin is definitely the nicest place we have stayed at so far. We were at how beautiful the cabin was and private. We ran into a lot of wildlife during our stay. Rachel had thought of everything you might need during your stay and doubled it so we didnt have to worry about the propane going out while grilling or the smoke detector beeping in the middle of the night. The trails and kayaks were fun and the river was clear. There were so many cute sitting areas to relax and read as well. We'll definitely be booking again!

We are countey people and this was perfect! It was so quiet and peaceful. All you could hear was nature. The cabin had more than enough room and felt cozy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was stellar — close to everything we needed for fishing and hiking Bennet Spring, yet peaceful and relaxing. The home itself was lovely, beautifully maintained, and offered excellent accommodations that made us feel right at home. Communication was seamless with quick and helpful responses throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for- peaceful, quiet, comfortable, clean & calm. Easy to locate, close to a lot of delicious food places and attractions. Great communication that was clear & positive!! The location provided quiet from everyday hustle & bustle with beautiful views off the deck. The calm of the James River was just a short walk (steps really) from the house and was just as quiet & peaceful as everything else. We will certainly keep this property on our list for when we return to the area!

This was our 2nd year in a row to stay in this cabin. My 8 year old and I love the place. Super close to some great fishing at Bennett. We spent countless hours just hanging around the fire pit. The cabin is the perfect place to get away from the real world. Will definitely be back next year.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Village of Hope! We were looking for a quiet place to stay while we finished our mission trip and this location did not disappoint. The surroundings were beautiful, the little village quiet and the cabin was clean and cozy! The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again should the Lord call us in that direction! Blessings!
