We had a very relaxing weekend. This little slice of heaven is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed. We loved sitting outside and watching the animals. Teddy was the sweetest dog and we loved watching her play with the horses. It was great to meet you both and we look forward to staying again in the future.

We had wonderful stay at Elkhorn Hideaway. Phyllis and Tom have a beautiful, clean, and peaceful home to stay in. We always enjoy staying there when we visit our friends to turkey hunt. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans you need to cook meals. The beds are comfy, they have memory foam pillows on the bed, and chargers on the night stands. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you Mrs. Phyllis and Mr. Tom for everything, we hope to stay with y’all again next year!

an idyllic stay! a beautiful private home on 50 acres, with a babbling spring fed brook and small lake. adorable goats roamed the property, asking for cuddles, making the scenery just that much more beautiful! these hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, and made this weekend retreat absolutely lovely. the home itself is beautiful, with a hot tub to relax in while you take in the beauty of nature. highly recommend you book a weekend (or a week) at this lovely farm!

Made same day reservations, Sarah was very responsive. Great stop for our one night stay. Fireplace was 🔥, jacuzzi was 🫧. Bed was very comfy. Place was clean and cozy. Only heard one train pass around 11pm. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Tamara for being so responsive. We arrived early in Springfield to a deluge of rain; we were cold and somewhat wet. Tamera updated our stay so that we could check in immediately. We stayed at this location at it was close to our son's wedding venue. It was a beautiful location right on the James River; however, it rained the entire time we were there so we did not get to enjoy any of the beautiful outdoors. Would love to go back when it's sunny! Thanks to accurate description and pictures of the home, my in-laws who had not traveled to spend the night elsewhere in 20 years, were very happy with the easy entry and no stairs. The main bedroom and bathroom worked great for them and the recliners off the kitchen helped them both to relax.

Aimee’s place was just what we needed for our trip. Close to the places we planned to visit and also to friends in the area. Both my husband and I as well as our two fur babies enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be making plans to stay again.😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mitchell and Mandy's house! Our favorite part was that the master suite is literally the entire bottom floor giving parents their privacy to be romantic AND the soaking tub! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need and the park next to the house is so cute and a nice distraction for the kids. Also, I just want to add that the Price Cutter grocery store in Marshfield has so many healthy options and decent vegetarian/vegan/allergy friendly options for your friends and family who might have dietary differences. Thank you Mitchell and Mandy! We'll be coming back.

Absolutely loved our visit! The hosts responded so quickly to all of my messages. It was the perfect and most adorable apartment. Only 9 minutes from Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch. We will definitely book again for our next trip! Highly recommend!
