Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Waynesville

Had a wonderful time this weekend and plan to come back. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and a wonderful caretaker of the property. We were treated like family immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay all around. Phil and Ryan - thank you again!

This is our family's third stay, and we're a bit biased as we know we will stay here in the future. Ronald and Amy are outstanding hosts prepare for the stay by asking if you have any special requests. There is easy access to an immaculately clean house that is well-stocked with treats. The furniture is comfortable, and with the open layout, conversation throughout the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas is easy. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are large and clean. The house is easily accessible to downtown and the interstate. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. Lastly, Ronald and Amy check in daily, offering a daily hello and offers of assistance.

It was one of the best vacations I've ever had, a beautiful and complete house, a wonderful and peaceful place, lush landscapes, beautiful waterfalls, I want to go back to the same place in the summer to be able to enjoy the lakes better. I recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful Home. At 3100 feet altitude we felt we were on top of the mountain. Great views of Asheville and the mountains. The home is beautiful appointed with class and comfort Jonathon was a fantastic host and very responsive before and during our stay!!

Very clean and quiet home. Our stay was great we had beautiful views. Sadly we didnt spend alot of time in the home as we were visiting family. Great vacation home if you just want to relax and get away.

The house was perfect, just as described in the listing! Derek reached out several times to see if we needed anything or had any questions. There was more than enough room for all five of us. There was a Keurig which was a wonderful surprise! We had an awesome week and would definitely stay at Derek's again!

We had a wonderful weekend! Lizzy’s home was just as described. We enjoyed spending time on the screen porch which had an amazing view of the pond. We even caught a few fish! This is the perfect house to be both secluded in nature but close to town. Flat Rock was a short couple minuet drive away. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Flat Rock area.

Don and Renie are top notch hosts! They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect-snacks, drinks, comfortable mattresses, ample towels, games, and even a frozen pizza in the fridge! Their mountaintop rental has a beautiful view of WCU campus with comfortable outdoor spaces for soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Don has excellent local recommendations and is a great source of information regarding Western Carolina University. We felt so incredibly welcome! We’ll be back!

Our stay at "Tranquility in the Mountains", was very tranquil. It was quite dark when we arrived Saturday morning. The driveway and entry were well lit. We entered the code on the keyless entry and were in with no problem! The unit was very tastefully decorated, fresh, and clean with a well stocked kitchen, bathroom and super comfy bed! All of the amenities of home. Kelly and family live above the unit, so we would hear movement at times, but this was never intrusive or a bother at all! I highly recommend booking with Kelly, and would like to visit the Asheville area again. I wish we had more time to chill in the mountains and explore this interesting city. Thanks for your hospitality Kelly. The welcome basket was a nice touch!

My husband & I stayed at Emilie’s place and found it to be comfortable, clean, and convenient for exploring Asheville. Communication with Emilie was great. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful! I definitely recommend.

I have lived in a lot of places over the past year while traveling for school, and this was the best of the bunch. Everything was great, including a clean comfortable space, available toiletries, efficient appliances, simple check in and out, amazing 10/10 mountain view.

This place was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. We had a blast. It's not too far from all of the restaurants and activities/attractions in pigeon forge. Takes about 30-40 mins to get to everything. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I 100% will be back !

Enjoyed our stay! Super clean and comfortable. Loved the Bluetooth speakers. Very convenient location tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood.

Highly recommend this place! We rented it for a bridal/bachelorette party weekend for five women, and it was marvelous! Early instructions about check in were informative. We lived in the hot tub. When there was an issue on Friday evening, we contacted the host who responded within the hour. Kitchen worked great for our personal French cooking lesson. We had a blast playing pool downstairs. And oh how the beds were comfortable, with great sheets to boot! Great views out the living room and kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. What a great place!

Eric was a wonderful host. Directions were very clear and understanding. Although the thermostat is split , Eric was very understanding an adjusted as needed. Great location and get away spot for couples. Very quiet and secured . We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay. We loved contributing to the economy in the recovery efforts of your charming city. Home met all of our needs. Very well appointed and comfortable. Easy to find. Lot of great things to do today close by.

This place is a great stay for anyone looking for a place centrally located in the Cashiers/Sapphire area. Easy and scenic walk around lake Fairfield. Great Mountain View from back patio. Easy access to Sapphire National Golf Course. The place is very spacious with room to spread out for the whole family and it is equipped very well. Roland is responsive and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was well. I highly recommend staying here!

Veronica’s house was absolutely perfect for a large group get away. The views of the mountains from the house were gorgeous, the fire pit out back and the huge back deck was great for spending the evening at the house instead of even having to go out anywhere. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed plus more. It’s also less than 15 min from downtown Asheville! Veronica is very responsive and even had me call her when I got there to give me instructions on everything in the house. I will be back!

We had an excellent and very relaxing stay, it was a birthday surprise for my husband, he was excited and very happy, the Cypress villa is very beautiful and the mountain views are excellent, waking up with the view of the mountains and the clouds in the sky is the most relaxing, and Julie is an excellent host she was always very attentive to all the details and answered all my questions very quickly, I definitely highly recommend this villa

This house is so comfortable and so full of fun things to do we couldn’t get to them all. It’s clean, spacious, and the views are beautiful. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Our stay at Marisa's property was simply fantastic! There are a few properties in the area set back in a space that is as quiet and beautiful as this one. The home is prepared as if you live there, and our next visit will not require us to bring many of the items we typically have to carry, especially if you enjoy cooking! Our children spent each day playing outside, fishing, and they certainly didn't want to leave! Marisa, thank you for being so timely in your response and checking in to ensure we had what we needed! Lastly, the home and deck views were fantastic, and there is a significant amount of gathering space in the house! Enjoy your stay. You will not be disappointed!
