Damion's place has a great vibe - loved the funky artwork and pottery. Great space for a beach holiday with a deck and BBQ and all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Janetta was a beautiful super host. She was very friendly and very easy to communicate with. Her home was immaculate. She made sure that it was homely for her guests. She had lovely gestures placed around the house for us to enjoy. Thank you so much, Janetta. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home.

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

Kim's Shouse is a beautifully decorated, peaceful, super clean unit with everything you need in a home away from home. Super comfortable bed, great amenities and superb location near the beach. I'll book again when I'm back to explore the region! Kim is a wonderful host with great communication.
