Monthly Rentals in Waverton

Paul’s apartment is one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The view of the Sydney skyline is stunning, and the interior is very neat. Looks better in real life than in the pictures! It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, and is conveniently located within 2 minutes of the train station. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the apartment in Waverton; spacious, clean and well equipped except shade for the large balcony ( maybe a pull out awning?) would have been helpful as we were there during a heatwave. Proximity to train station was perfect for doing the sights and if using the train you get to cross the iconic bridge daily! Quiet neighbourhood even though there are restaurants on ground floor of apartment block and across road.

We had a great stay at Mary's place. very close to downtown Sydney but still in a nice quiet tucked away neighborhood. The home is nicely kept, modern/updated, clean, and has all the commodities a travelor would need.

This was a return visit as can be seen from my previous review. Again, we rate this property very highly, it is especially perfect for a family. Waverton station ( a small heritage style building and direct line into the city) is just 5 minutes walk, set amongst a cluster of restaurants, pharmacy, wonderful delicatessen, a perfect family run wine store and an establishment called the “Grumpy baker”, ‘with an amazing selection of artisan breads and pastries, served with excellent coffee. The waters edge is just then a few more minutes walk. Again just perfect. Kathryn and her lovely family are very welcoming. We shall return !
