Monthly Rentals in Waverly

This was my 3rd visit - very enjoyable and comfortable! Looking forward to my next stay.

Super peaceful area, very beautiful and super private! The house is older, of course there is a smell, but we used a candle and adjusted fine! I had no concerns with privacy, and enjoyed it very much! Full kitchen, TV and 2 beds, plenty of towels, rags and a washer/dryer if ya need one! I can't complain, I enjoyed the stay and our host was professional with hospitality!

Excellent place! Fresh smell as soon as you walk in the door! Super clean and beautiful. Loved having two full bathrooms. All the amenities!! Exactly as described. Amanda was amazing and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow! I have no words. We were in town for my sons tournament, and needed an over night stay. Jana's place was wonderful, and she was so amazing! Its a small home, but was so inviting and comfortable. She had snacks, drinks, coffee, a few items in the fridge, toiletries, and much more. After working most of the day, then traveling to Waverly, it was a nice surprise to be greeted with such a clean home. The home was so clean you could eat off the floors. I wished all hosts were as welcoming and accommodating. Jana is by far the best host we have ever had, and our favorite. The home may be older, but Jama has it fixed up so cute and clean. We will be staying there next year again.
