Access to sauna (£10 a session) Privately set in a paddock, ideally located to explore Snowdonia and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. 7 miles from both the royal town of Caernarfon with it's castle and Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon. Zipworld is about 6 miles away. It’s an easy walk down into the village with marina, pubs and bistro. Elliot recommends on YouTube!

From the garden the mountain views are spectacular. You can sit out in the evenings around the fire pit and enjoy the birds singing and the sheep baaing! The area offers opportunities for walking, climbing, sailing, scuba diving, and the world’s fastest Zip wire 30 mins away! Famous too for its medieval castles- eg Caernarfon castle etc

Ideally located for Snowdon, Zipworld, Caernarfon Castle, Llanberis, Beddgelert & the Welsh Highland Steam Railway station next to our village pub & micro brewery. Dogs are very welcome!

You will have the bed sit which is part of our family home on the ground floor, but completely independent of the house (and us), as you have your own front door, so you can come and go as you please. Our home is in a beautiful rural location. The grounds are surrounded by mature trees with views over open fields and out towards Anglesey. We are situated 4 miles from Llanberis, on the edge of the peaceful Snowdon National Park, but we are also centrally located to explore the wider area.
