Benjamin is a super host - very friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was easy to find, super clean, and as described and pictured in the listing. Would definitely stay there again!

The location is great. It’s not very far from Route 2, so it’s easy to reach by car. It’s an easy walk to downtown Arlington, where there are plenty of restaurants. There is also easy access to several bus lines. The apartment itself has plenty of space and is well laid out. There is not a full kitchen, but the setup has a coffeemaker and an electric kettle (as tea drinkers, my son and I were big fans of the electric kettle), and the small fridge and microwave would make it possible to store and use leftovers. It’s worth knowing that the bathroom and the area for washing dishes are a bit separated from the main apartment area, but both were still very usable. Also, since it’s an older building, you’ll hear people upstairs walking around, and the dehumidifier is fairly loud. We knew in advance that there would be some noise, and it wasn’t a problem for us, but if you are very sensitive, it is something to consider. All in all, we would stay here again.

Great location close to Arlington Heights' downtown and public transportation. Loved listening to the nearby brook and visiting the little pocket park right next to the house. Beautiful neighborhood (especially this time of year). There was some construction happening near by that had us waking up to jackhammers one morning, but that was short lived and situational. It was great to be able to walk the Minuteman Bike/Walking trail and have so many amenities close by. Even though there are several units in the house, we were only minimally aware of the presence of other guests.

Thé rental was really nice! Thé bed was comfortable. The hosts were very helpful. There is great hiking within walking distance. The place was clean and well equipped but not cluttered.

We loved our stay in East Watertown! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped (I did a lot of cooking) and clean. My husband was able to work from the office and we thought the beds were very comfortable. Superb location walkable to everything. I would love to stay here again the next time we come to visit our daughter. Thank you, Bing and Yuan!

We enjoyed our stay at Paige’s place for the weekend! It was the perfect space for two and close to many bars and restaurants.

Great spot! Very close to some hidden gems (try Linda’s donuts and Praline French bakery). Craig was very kind and responsive (they live upstairs). They even allowed us to check in early! The home was fully stocked and tidy. One small parking spot was nice and we were able to squeeze our minivan in. Our kids loved the rope swing in the backyard. Overall would stay again and we enjoyed our 9 day stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Svetlana’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Svetlana was a kind and responsive host, always ready to help if needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was very convenient. This was without a doubt the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). The host Lisa was very communicative. The Airbnb was the most well stocked Airbnb I've ever seen: Full pantry of snacks, a well-stocked kitchen cabinet with every appliance you can think of, and even a full basket of toiletries just in case you forgot something. The apartment was tastefully decorated and the furniture high quality. The bathroom was simply stunning, with a bathtub complete with bath salts, and an electronic shower with jets on the walls too! The bed was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping. The neighborhood around the house is very peaceful and walkable. However, be warned that it is not well connected to Boston via public transit compared to other locations. I would recommend this place to someone with access to a car. Nevertheless, this was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended for a nice getaway!

We loved this apartment. It was well appointed with top of the line furnishings and appliances. But what stood out was the charecter and charm of an older home that was well preserved. It was amazing experience. The kids loved the little loft upstairs. We could watch the sunset from our room every day. The little park is right infront of the apparent with the tower which made it feel more spacious. They also had stuff for coffee and a light breakfast which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend

This was a perfect location for going to the US. This Place was beautiful looks exactly like the pictures,Peaceful and very relaxing made me feel right at home. Very responsive and helpful so I give this place a 10/10 everything was just good for me.

We felt right at home at Mary Ann’s place, which was just as described. Mary Ann met us when we arrived after a long flight and was responsive throughout our visit, even lending us things from her home upstairs to make our trip more comfortable. She was friendly each time we ran into her walking her dog. It was also a perfect place for young kids, with several great libraries and playgrounds a short walk away. Mary Ann even lent us a few items she has on hand for her granddaughter. It was a pleasure to be hosted and feel at home! Great value.

This is a lovely, cozy, private attached apartment on a quiet street. We'll definitely try to stay here again on our return trips.

Shelley was a very proactive and friendly host. The unit was accurately described, clean, spacious, very well equipped for short and longer term stays and peaceful, accessible to major access roads and necessities in and around Cambridge. I did not have a car this trip so I cannot comment on the off street parking availability. There is mild noise from footsteps upstair. I am not sure how loudly noise from the unit itself carries in reverse so might want to take that into consideration for late night or early risers. My stay was very pleasant, travel and use many airbnbs. This was a 5 star host and listing. Thanks to Shelley for hosting. Keep me in mind as a repeat guest!

Great spot in an awesome location! Very clean and easy check in/out. Close to restaurants and a quick drive to museums/galleries. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay for memorial weekend. Sadly we hadn’t booked the next couple days we stayed in Boston! Moving forward, with the great accommodations from clean linen, complimentary snacks and bottled water, cleanliness and conveniently located; we will surely book again in the near future. They also responded to my messages in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

Both John and Carol were very inviting and friendly—- Carol even came out to bid us farewell when we checked out. The view is just breathtaking…. Could not ask for more… except warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool. :). The apartment had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with breakfast snacks and milk and half and half for morning coffee…. Very nice touch. Great restaurant choices nearby as well. Highly recommend the Arms Hotel. Great food, HUGE portions. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

Annique's place is a second floor flat in a quiet street not far from the "T" and grocery stores. The flat has a beautiful wooden floor and spacious bathroom. For me, the high point was having an office space with a standing desk - I loved it! The amenities Annique provides shows she is an extremely thoughtful host and is very responsive. Definitely an excellent place to stay..
