Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

We have stayed here many times. Linda's place is always the perfect stay in the area. It's easily walkable to downtown, free street parking, comfy mattress and pillows, and an awesome breakfast and coffee bar. Even with other guests, the place is usually quiet and you get a good nights rest. Linda is also super responsive and helpful whenever we need. We will be back again!

My husband and I were only in Geneva for < 24 hours and needed somewhere to sleep. We couldn’t have predicted a medical emergency the morning of our departure, and Diana was so kind to allow us to leave some perishables in her fridge past the official departure time so that our food didn’t go bad. On that note, the house is only a 2 minute drive from the local hospital. Other than the above-and-beyond help and hospitality, the place itself is beautiful and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable and at home during our short stay. Thank you, Diana!!

Great location right near the local attractions & restaurants. The perfect spot for our girls night after spending the day at Inns of Aurora Spa. The home is beautifully finished inside, had everything we needed in the kitchen including spices, and a nice cup of Starbucks coffee in the morning. I would absolutely book here again and recommend any groups visiting the spa consider the 30 min drive to Seneca falls to stay at this home. Thank you for being so responsive to all of my messages planning this trip. I will be back! 😊
