Entire basement studio in my home :) -Private outdoor entrance to your studio, which is a nice sized room, and includes a large sectional and ONE twin bed. You have your own private bathroom with a large shower. A kitchenette has the basics- a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. You are welcome to grill on the Blackstone out back, and as use the outdoor garage space, which has a hang out area. The hot tub in the back is there for you too! A fat, friendly cat has access to you too :)

GREAT for business travelers - Close to John Deere PEC / John Deere Waterloo Works; GREAT for Parents of students - 7 Minutes from UNI; GREAT for Holiday visits when you come home to visit family! GREAT for Recreation! CF has lots of Bike trails, great spaces for boating. If you have a way to transport kayaks, use ours. Fire pit, grill, decks for hanging out.
