There is a large parking area with a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities directly accessible from the main kitchen. And also a covered area to relax in the hot tub. All rooms are newly decorated with central heating throughout the cabin. The main kitchen has all you need for your stay including an outdoor dining area with a TV

Free street parking. Please note: due to the elevation there is a steep walk up the lane and a further 33 steps. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Self catering cottage set at the foot of the Galtee Mountains in the Glen of Aherlow adjacent to the village of Bansha. Cottage was an old forge which was renovated recently. This 1 bed cottage has all the mod cons you need for a relaxing stay and is located c.2km from the village of Bansha . It is also less than 10mins to the towns of Cahir and Tipperary and under 15mins to the historic town of Cashel. It is also less than 5 mins drive to the famous wedding venue, Kilshane House.

Special local attractions include Upperchurch loop walks, The Kilcommon Pilgram Loop walk, and the Kilcommon prayer garden.

Surrounded by gorgeous rural setting with views of farmland and sea in the distance with a taste of Irish small town charm .Local village is a 10 minute walk with a great pub that has talented musicians on selected nights .Wexford town is a 25 minute drive but there is local link bus that runs 10 times a day for a modest fee. A car is highly recommend for your stay 😊
