Immaculate space. Location and views are incredible. Check in was easy, hosts were very communicative and you can tell they put a great deal of energy into their home. They also included fresh eggs from their farm. We were obsessed with it and will definitely rebook.

This was our second stay. The house is cute and comfortable. Nice outdoor space with a sandy beach area and shallow lake entry. Jena is great to work with.

Super clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of great touches. We didn’t get the best weather for lake life but the house made up for it nicely. Look forward to staying again someday!

We had a great time at AJ's place! The space is very spacious and comfortable, everything was clean, and the backyard was PERFECT for our group. Close to casinos and restaurants. Highly recommend for groups and families!

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

The house was great and we were able to get Ubers to go to dinner. Beautiful house and stocked with everything you would need. We were on a girls weekend and had trouble with the locks but we just used the key. It could have just been us. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home.

We were able to get in an hour early, which helped because we had some groceries that needed refrigeration. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was exactly as described. plenty of space for our family of 5 and 2 grandparents. Nothing close to walk to for food or groceries. The house was stocked with basics and more. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. The toys and games were great for the kids. We did not come for the beach park but we did visit it once and it was beautiful. We were stationed in Groton 20 years ago and enjoyed returning with our kids. Paul's Pasta is our go to recommended restaurant. The Jelous Monk in Mystic was a new find favorite too. Thanks for hosting us!

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

Staying at Jeri's place was a spur of the moment "stay-cation" for me to get a little rest & relaxation away from home. I reached out fairly late at night to book & Jeri was very responsive & flexible on having me check in last minute. I've stayed a lot of Airbnbs/cabins & I can honestly say that none have been as well stocked as Jeri's. Tons of spices, condiments, ziplocs, pots/pans/bake wear, toiletries, & even fresh eggs, milk and maple syrup to go with the pancake mix that was provided. The funny thing is that I have a lot of food restrictions so I wasn't able to eat any of it but I genuinely appreciated the thoughtfulness. There were even dog bowls, a bed & treats for my chihuahua which was especially sweet! Very, very clean! Everything was spotless. This is a very well taken care of AirBnB. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The chickens were so cute & the garden is very impressive. It's a beautiful and peaceful spot. Jeri was great to talk to! I will definitely be back. :)

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. This is our second time staying at Jennifer’s home and we love it so much!! Jennifer’s home is beautiful, very comfortable and the decor is well done. The lawn and garden were prestine. We enjoyed sitting on the deck having a drink and sipping a cup of coffee. Our granddaughter loved the flowers and playing in the backyard. If she could she would've picked all of the beautiful flowers. Lol! This is a really extraordinary property and you couldn't ask for a better host. Jennifer is an amazing host!!

We booked this place to be close the the festival downtown and it was. 1.3 miles or 25 minutes walk. Perfect for us. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Shower is a little small but ok. King bed is very comfortable. Yummy welcome treats on the table was a nice touch. Keurig pods and maker available for your pleasure. Well lit and very secure. Felt safe at all times. Great place to book if you need to stay in this area.

We had a great stay in Mystic over Father's Day and Joanne’s place was part of why it was a great weekend. Her place is minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and yet super woodsy. LOVED waking up and seeing the trees and listening to the birds in bed, which was quite comfortable and cozy. Inside was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor area looked like a fun place to hang out, however the weather didn't permit that. We were especially happy to have the electric wood heater in the unit to make it cozy since the weather was damp and cool. We also appreciated the very detailed instructions book which included nuts and bolts about the home, plus lots of other helpful info. A great place to stay!

This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay during our college tour trip. It’s only a 10 minute drive to URI and much nicer than a hotel. The apartment is super cute, well equipped and very clean. William is very responsive and helpful. Happy to know it’s there in case my daughter decides to go to URI . I’d definitely book again.

We stayed at Lakeside Landing with our 1 year old to enjoy Father’s Day weekend in the Mystic area. This place was perfect to enjoy a fire by the lake, watch the deer and other wildlife, and spend a few cozy evenings snuggled up in the living room. Everything was perfect!

Had a great time in this peaceful wonderful setting. Saw and heard maybe 40 bird species. (Using Merlin app). Frogs and turtles too!everything we needed! Beds are very comfortable!

Beautiful property. Very spacious. We could hear all the wildlife every morning. Sitting on the porch swings was our favorite. The house is so nice and secluded. Mary was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful stay!

Our stay was fantastic! A secluded peaceful retreat while still being close to town. We were in town for a family function and this was great to feel like getting away from it all. Great overall! Highly recommend

Alex’s home was a vintage design beauty! You could tell how much thought and detail he put into his home. The amenities were wonderful, including a gorgeous living room, great sound system, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor wood burning chimney, BBQ, and bucolic tree-surrounded hot tub (which we loved). But the best part was Alex himself. What a nice guy! He welcomed us at check-in with delicious freshly baked sourdough bread and homemade ginger cookies later in our stay. He also gave us fantastic advice on things to do in the area. Overall, you’ll love this home nestled in the CT woods!

We spent a long weekend at Dennis’ place and it was nothing short of amazing. Our aim was to relax and enjoy the lake, and we did just that. The house was exactly as described, matched and exceeded our expectations; furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. If we’re back in CT, we won’t hesitate to book the house again! Thanks for being wonderful hosts!

We spend a week when the weather wasn’t that great but it didn’t matter as there is plenty to do. Westerly and Stonington have great restaurants which we are very familiar with and have frequented over the years. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are also very close and we went to both while we were visiting. We were thrilled to be able to let our Labrador retriever enjoy the beautiful yard.

The Hobbit Haus is such a great getaway spot. My partner and I felt very relaxed during our whole week staying there and loved exploring the surrounding area.
