Monthly Rentals in Water Island

We loved EVERY minute of our stay here. Out your back door each morning you see a fantastic SUNRISE & out of the front balcony are breathtaking SUNSETS. Relaxing, safe, and very accommodating. They have the little things that you may have forgotten COVERED. We will be back…..Thank you for the great vacation!!!

William's place was lovely. The only issues we had were with the frequent power outages which left us without water or electricity sometimes lasting as long as 5+ hours. My recommendation would be to make sure all your phones, tablets, etc. are fully charged and always fill several large containers with water. William and/or Doug always responded almost immediately to any calls or texts. We love to snorkel and came to the island to check out Honeymoon Beach and the turtles. If your goal is to swim with turtles you will not be disappointed. There were always 5-6 turtles of all sizes grazing right in the middle of the swimming area. Sadly, there isn't much else to see as far as fish or coral. We explored both sides of the bay there and only saw a few small fish and lots of rocks. We also snorkeled at the pilings at Flamingo Beach which was a little more interesting and saw a good variety of fish.

We absolutely love Cortney’s Cottage. My wife and I just returned from our stay and are already looking forward to staying here again. This place is even better than described, it’s just perfect. Water Island is a beautiful escape and the view from the cottage is breathtaking. Cortney is an excellent host, she went above and beyond for us, but… if it’s privacy you’re looking for you’ll definitely find it here. Five stars all the way

What a wonderful host! Excellent communication from start to finish. As an added bonus Mazin picked me up from the airport, gave me a wonderful tour of the surrounding area and the property. Has an excellent and well stocked corner market a minute from the property. Super close to the airport and convenient for what I needed. Would definitely stay here again!
