We had the most amazing time at Dar Meeti- the building itself was better even than the photos and the Daniel (chef) and Sammy (supervisor) together with the rest of the staff made our stay exceptional.

My family and I had such a great time! The place was beautiful and clean, exactly like the pictures! Elyson was a great chef and very helpful with everything we needed! I would absolutely come back and recommend this place to others!

Great host, great house, great staff, great stay! We’ve visited Watamu many times over the years and found our stay at Dragonfly Cottage one of the most copacetic. Pete’s a great host - always responsive, very accommodating. The cottage was lovely - a great use of space - well designed, stylish, and comfortable. Both bedrooms and the common room open up onto the covered veranda leading to the pool and tranquil garden. The cottages are well-located near a quiet section of the beach - which is reached down a shaded path - and a walkable distance to both the center of town and Mida Creek. Doris and the rest of the staff were very welcoming - each making a point of introducing themselves - and helpful, without being underfoot. Dragonfly’s a lovely place to stay!

This house is a feel-good place. There is a lot of love in the details and everything is tastefully designed. The team on site is absolutely great, always very attentive and always present. If there were any problems, they were dealt with immediately. We felt extremely comfortable. Thank you! An absolute recommendation!
