Warm and comfortable manor house

Nous vous proposons cette maison de maître entièrement à votre disposition datant de 1920. Décorée dans un esprit campagne chic, elle dispose de tout le confort d'un hébergement haut de gamme : cuisine équipée, 3 belles chambres (lits Queen size et lit d'appoint), 1 salle de bain, 1 salle d’eau, un très beau salon/séjour avec parquet en chêne, de belles hauteurs et des moulures d'époque.. de quoi passer d'agréables moments en famille, entre amis ou collègues, et profiter du grand jardin arboré.

La Petite Perthière

Situé sur Pont Varin proche de Wassy, pour les amoureux de la Nature, nous mettons à disposition notre petit chalet indépendant version "studio" de 30m2, situé au sein de notre propriété au bord d'un étang et à l'orée des bois. Il se situe proche de toutes commodités (supermarchés, maison médicale, pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie ect..) à 1km ainsi que du Lac du Der à 15km, de ses plages et ses activités nautiques, accessibles par piste cyclable qui peut s'emprunter à 500m de notre logement.

Maison entièrement rénovée de 150m², spacieuse et moderne. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus dans votre séjour. La maison se situe dans un petit village calme, située aux alentours des lacs et leurs plages (Lac du Der, Lac de la Forêt d'Orient ), du Casino Joa à Giffaumont, du parc d'attraction Nigloland, du mémorial Charles de Gaulle à Colombey les Deux Églises, de la Ferme pédagogique du grand Der(Frampas) et d'autres activités pour petits et grands. Cours avec barbecue , table et chaises. Nous fournissons les draps, torchon et tapis de bain. Les serviettes de toilettes NE sont PAS FOURNIES. Nous sommes à 20min de Saint-Dizier et du Lac du Der. Une piste cyclable mène directement au Der. Nous sommes à 45 Kms de Nigloland; Boite à clés.

Located in a small village, where it's good to live, you will enjoy nature, walks close to the Champagne vineyard. The cottage is 25 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park. 5 mins from the bike path, which will take you to the edge of Lac du Der ( The lake is about 20km away) Don't hesitate!
