House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright.
