Holiday rentals with a patio in Washington Park, Denver

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

Jax was a great host and the place was just as described. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with things very close by- like a grocery store. Great value for Denver and would definitely recommend. Downtown is only about a 20 min drive and tons of street parking available in front of the house.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Clean, quiet and private. Top floor, so no neighbors walking above you. Easy parking right out front. We’d stayed in this same complex previously and this was by far the nicer apartment. Will stay again when in the area!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

Very beautiful vintage home. The cottage is right at the center of all the scenic and fun places in Denver. The house itself was clean, peaceful and had plenty of amenities. I stayed at this place even though i lived in the denver area, but never right in downtown. it was really cool to be a tourist in my own city and have this “at home” experience.

We visited as a family for graduation. The house was even better than expected with plenty of room and bathrooms for all guests, and a great kitchen and dining areas. The location was perfect for us : close to Washington Park and DU, and many other places (including a 4 minute walk to Whole Foods). We loved the outside grill and fireplace. Joyce was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions/needs. We all highly recommend this as a place to stay in Denver.

Very comfortable, spacious, well appointed and creatively decorated home! Location was perfect/nice “neighborhood feel”, felt safe walking streets, folks out walking dogs/living life, lots of eateries nearby. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Towels & linens plush. Host responsive. -had lots of board games and an intimate, fenced-in, lovely backyard. Off street parking a bonus too. We thoroughly enjoyed and indeed, were delighted with the space.

Beautiful home in a great location within walking distance to great restaurants and central to many places throughout Denver! I would 100% love to stay here again if I ever return to Denver!

This place was perfect for me and my boyfriend. Super clean, bright, and had a really calm, airy feel. It was in a great spot and felt really comfortable the whole time. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Cute place! Parking is a little tight but good location for things to do on South Broadway. You are definitely squished up against neighbors and can see directly into the houses behind the airbnb.. but overall was a nice stay and the fire pit was relaxing to sit by at night!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sarah’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to great restaurants and just a short walk to Coors Field. It worked out so well for our trip, and the neighborhood had everything we needed. Sarah was a wonderful host—her communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. You can tell she really cares about making the experience smooth and enjoyable for her guests. great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

This condo was beautiful and cozy. It had such a warm welcoming feeling the moment you open the door. Along with a pristine kitchen, the bathroom had an amazing bathtub. It’s perfect for a single traveler or two people who want a private, quiet space to unwind, but also want access to the light rail. Perry Station is literally next to the window, but the sound of the train coming by isn’t disruptive at all. The neighbors keep to themselves as well. There was easy access to apps for streaming on the TV. Climate control was easy to manage with the thermostat. Kerri’s place was so easy to get to after a short walk from parking on the street. The flexible and easy check in was very convenient and felt secured when I visited other places. Kerri’s instructions were very clear and no trouble to follow at all. She’s a wonderful, responsive host. I’ll probably come back very soon!

Caden’s Airbnb is exactly as shown in the pictures. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. It’s easy to access and conveniently located near restaurants and points of interest. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.
