Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Washington

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

Jennifer was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The location was perfect with a private door in an open, well lit ally and centrally located for our needs!

The place was perfect for our stay! Spacious enough for the 2 of us to work privately during the day and be on video/calls without disturbing the other. It has all of the things you might need when visiting (particularly appreciated the umbrellas, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc!). Location cant be beat and the margaritas across the street went down smoothly (maybe too smooth!). Very responsive and helpful hosts. Helped us check in early. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay! Place was great, modern, spacious and well equipped! Host was friendly, and I could tell would’ve been happy to help but fortunately we’re quite familiar with DC so we didn’t need anything. Cabinets were stocked with helpful supplies, seasonings, etc! Really appreciated the water that was left for us in the fridge!! Neighborhood felt safe, walkable. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Parking like most areas in DC is a little scarce but we always found a spot down the street on 14th or around the block on Florida. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful studio. Exactly as described. Very responsive host. We had a delayed plane arrival well into the night and the host responded with no problem. The neighborhood is wonderful, safe and beautiful. Very responsive but left us to our own as we prefer. Would stay again!

3227 N Street NW is without any competition the most wonderful Airbnb I have ever stayed at (and as a writer for a major guidebook publisher, I’ve stayed at more than a few!). The wonderfully contoured rooms are imaginably decorated, the bathroom and kitchen fully supplied with everything from shaving foam and razor to milk in the fridge, there is a delightful back garden and the accommodation (a spacious basement apartment with more than ample light) is within steps of everything: Georgetown University, the restaurants of M Street, the nightlife of Wisconsin Avenue, with the Mall and DC’s iconic sights and monuments just minutes away by bus or Uber. But best of all is the incomparable hostess Jan, who is a font of local and historical knowledge - ask her about Mary Todd Lincoln and her seances - beyond-the-call-of-duty generous with her time and assistance, and an interesting and well-travelled person who you will win your heart. Give her a hug for me!

My husband and I love this place, this is the second time that we have stayed here. Whenever we come to DC, if available, we will continue to stay at this place! Wonderful, it is a short walk to the train station, trader joes, restaurants, and the market!

We had a very pleasant five day stay at Esther’s White House. The property was immaculate every way and had everything that you would require to make for a worry free stay. Esther made sure we felt welcome and her level of communication was just right. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

This place is exactly as described and we were able to walk to the Capitol, National Mall area and Nationals ballpark. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local markets. We really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, and getting into the city was easy with plenty of nearby transportation options. A great spot for both relaxing and sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood, restaurants , coffee shops and a Whole Foods within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood ,the only negative was you could hear the tenants upstairs as they walked about their unit.

We had a great stay at Will’s place, it was exactly as described, comfortable, well appointed, stylish, and exactly what we needed for our short stay in DC. The beds were very comfortable, and the parking pass was a great perk! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Celia’s place is one of those AirBnbs that just shine. It is a beautiful, private, comfortable and spacious apartment in a central but very quiet neighbourhood. And the hosts really have thought of everything. From coffee and milk through to gowns in the bedroom, it is a bit like staying in a five star hotel. Thanks so much for a great stay.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

Jamil & Rania, are easily the most responsive hosts we have experienced on AirBnb. They made everything from check in to check out so easy; got back within minutes on any questions or concerns. The pics do not do the apartment justice. The decor and layout is in such good classic taste, everything from the wonder sofa, bathroom fittings, Master bed is the most comfortable bed ever slept in and sheets, duvet and pillows are high quality. Going to see if we can buy that mattress:-) Kitchen is very well stocked in terms of dishware, pots and pans etc, Coffee maker and k cups an added bonus, Dis-washer super easy to use. Work desk as super addition for log in to check work emails - wi-fi excellent. Sofa amazing as is mirror and walk in closet. Give them 5 stars, definitely stay again; definitely recommend! Thomas’ place was stunning. The view was amazing, and the entire space felt cozy, charming, extremely clean, and peaceful. The location was perfect—beautiful and walkable, close to Tysons malls, great restaurants, and the Tysons Metro station. A perfect spot for anyone visiting the DC area. Thomas was very attentive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, this is a top-notch place and probably my favorite choice when visiting the DC area.
