The room was so comfortable and the location is fantastic! I would definitely stay again on a staycation and recommend the same to friends and family :) I originally booked for a different room in the same hotel and decided to extend the stay, and ended up changing rooms.

Great spot all around. It was very quiet and peaceful at night, and close enough to things to do with a short drive. Kelcie gave very clear instructions and the photos were super helpful especially because we arrived much later than anticipated. The guest suite was a great size for my partner and I. Very clean and well maintained! I especially loved the little salt and pepper shakers along the kitchen ledge. It felt very homey. And I loved being greeted by the dogs each day :) would 100% recommend!

Gillian was very warm and an overall lovely human being. The accommodations were just as described with the forest walking path standing out as the most beautiful and relaxing environment. Awesome location.

Super friendly and was very responsive and willing to answer any questions I had and help with anything. I def recommend anyone to stay here they are lovely 😊

This is the second time we've stayed at Shelley's place and it was just as good the second time around. While there are a lot of posted rules and guidelines around the house, they have obviously helped keep her home immaculate for guests. She communicates incredibly well and is more than accommodating to any special needs or requests. She invited my group to come up a night early due to her previous renters checking out early and offered us a check-out at any time of the day, not rushing us out at all. The pool and view are unmatched and I highly recommend this location to others. If we're in need of a rental in Sherwood again, Shelley's place will be our first choice.

11/10! One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Peaceful, clean, comfortable, pretty, serene…and the backyard is just lovely! We slept so soundly. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave!

Our stay was amazing and relaxing. We were worried about being able to stay since my partner is disabled and can’t go up stair, but if you pull into the driveway you are able to push a wheelchair into the house. It was home and spacious. I especially loved the chimney for the cold weather and the large amounts of board games that kept us entertained. The host was kind and replied generally quickly. I will definitely recommend this airbnb. I look forward to coming back, hopefully, next year.

I’m already looking forward to staying here again! The views and surrounding area are stunning. Great hiking just a 10min drive away. The space is clean, comfortable, and simple. I came by myself for a writing retreat but can also imagine enjoying it for a weekend away with my spouse or for a staycation with our young kids. There is some minor noise from neighborhood kids, cars, and the main house. This didn’t bother me personally but good to know. It was very peaceful—sitting on the back porch, I enjoyed birdsong, met two kittens, and got visited by a fawn, several hummingbirds, and a zebra swallowtail butterfly. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great place to visit and the location was absolutely amazing. Priced very competitively and perfect for a business traveler or couple. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. A thing of note is the lady who shares the house burns incense frequently. It was not a problem for me, but if you have allergies, just know this will be present. There was a mention in the description of a hair dryer but when I arrived, there was not one. Lastly there was a mention of air conditioning, but it is just a fan that has a cool setting. There is no thermostat in the Air BNB area of the house, you're sort of at the mercy of the lady on the other side of the house setting the temperature for the house. There is an easy-chair and tv with ample space to lounge, and a nice kitchenette with a table for meals. Coffee and tea was provided which was very nice! Overall I had a great stay and would visit again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful guest suite in Beaverton. The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly peaceful — the mountain views and surrounding garden made every morning feel like a retreat. Claire and Colin were the most gracious and thoughtful hosts, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. From the clear instructions to the warm hospitality, everything was seamless. The suite was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. We also appreciated the quiet location and easy access to the surrounding nature. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Oregon. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Yalda’s place was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our fur babies. This is the first place that we have stayed that genuinely felt dog friendly. They had extra waste bags and extra toys if needed for the dogs. It was peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommend 🙂

Wow—what a gem! I feel incredibly lucky to have discovered this oasis while visiting Portland. My boyfriend and I came to spoil his sister with a relaxing weekend, and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect for that. The sauna was one of the nicest I’ve ever experienced—spacious, well-crafted, and the view made it even better. I loved starting my mornings with a rejuvenating combo of sauna, swim spa, and cold plunge. The swim spa worked flawlessly, and the hot tub was perfectly heated to 104°F upon our arrival—pure bliss. The space itself was beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches like snacks, plenty of robes and towels, and even slippers. There are two cozy rooms with TVs, two bathrooms (one with a shower), and a washer and dryer for added convenience. While there isn’t a traditional living room or full kitchen with a stove, we didn’t miss it. This is definitely a retreat-style stay—ideal for rest, recharge, and connection, rather than a standard staycation.

Amazing grace, this place! We selected it to be near family during mom's Celebration of Life. My particular appreciation goes back to childhood and adolescent memories in the area via agriculture work. Opening the door of my car and being greeted by the aroma of hay/barn/soil, then seeing the meticulous care of the grounds and apartment affected my dreams our first night. And the bed was amazing for me -- and I am particular at 66 years old. The folks I met here, young and older, I look forward getting to know when we WILL BE COMING BACK. The set up for our two dogs outdoors is the best we've experienced in 7 years of Air BnB. And did I mention, the bed was terrific?

Jennifer’s spacious basement apartment was perfect! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Close to the Safeway grocery store, cute breakfast/lunch locations and in a very pretty neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, the shower is large and has plenty of hot water and the well stocked kitchen is an added bonus if you want to cook and eat in. We really enjoyed Portland and especially the public gardens and parks. Highly recommend Jennifer’s place!

Best place for a group with a small child I have stayed in. Everything I could possibly need to accomodate a toddler was available. There was plenty of space inside and out for my little one to play safely. The location was private and peaceful in a quiet neighborhood and also close to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The entire home was very thoughtfully set up.

Comfy, charismatic, & clean, what more could you want from a place? The Host, Robin, was friendly & provided great insight to the area & shared his lovely Pup Beau! The space is cozy, with a comfortable bed connected to a surprisingly spacious living space, & a great bathroom. They have a binder with everything you could possible have questions about, for the space & surrounding area. They provide everything you could need in their little kitchen, despite its size. The neighborhood it’s in is quiet (at all times) & is nice to walk in after a long day, after navigating off the main road. Their backyard is dreamy, wish I could have spent more time in it! Overall, an amazing stay & would recommend!

very private basement for a family stay. 2 bedrooms' remodelled basement is very spacious with 'smart' remodel. You can find all you need for a getaway. Host is very responsive as well.
