Meals are easily prepared in the kitchenette or go to one of the many nearby restaurants. Also enjoy the expansive lawn area from the gas fireplace on the covered patio. **An additional queen bed is available in our Ford Conversion van for $60 a night**.

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Cooper Mountain Tiny Cabin

My Tiny Cabin is located on 2.3 forested acres in a rural setting close to Portland and wine country. My home is located on the same property but trees and space between the two provide privacy. A ladder leads you to the upstairs loft with a queen bed and a skylight for a view of the treetops. A futon that folds into a comfortable full sized bed is located downstairs. The kitchenette provides a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee. Step out to the deck to cook on the propane grill.

Enjoy St. Johns with breweries & coffee shops all within walking distance! Only a 10 minute drive from downtown Portland! Enjoy this modern getaway with a front yard of cathedral park and scenic views of the St. Johns bridge from the bedroom window. Walk across the bridge to forest park and do a hike! Everything you need to get the Portland experience is within a few blocks. **I do live next to a bridge, if you are sensitive to some bridge noise, there is a sound machine next to the beds.

The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.
