Holiday rentals with breakfast in Washington County

This was the third time we stayed, and the first time with Gina as host. In a word, Out on a Limb is the perfect place to relax! Can't wait to go back next year!!

Ur right on the pond ! Very relaxing! Nice fishing ! Great place for a vacation! The water was warm for swimming! Been going for 4 years ! Never disappointed!

Beautiful spacious home with many amenities and in a serene location. This was the best rental we’ve been to with our family (two kids under 4). The extras put it over the top (comfortable beds, welcome basket, kayaks, paddle boat, dock access, kids plates/utensils/toys). There is limited cell service but wifi was sufficient to still stay connected. Not a deal breaker for us as we were looking to disconnect. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay — it was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The local hikes are stunning with the leaves changing in the fall. The owners are very friendly, and I enjoyed meeting their two dogs! They had set out English muffins and fresh eggs from their chickens, which made for some delicious breakfasts. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Everything about it was the way he said it would be. He is a great host, attentive and caring when needed but keeps to himself otherwise. He has a great spirit, interesting person who knows a lot about life and art. A good hearted person as well. I spent here about 2 months and enjoyed every moment of it. The house was very cozy, the kitchen's fireplace always have woods burning and Bud (Donald) also cooks well. Body, his dog and Luna, his cat, are adorable sweet animals and well behaved. Bud cared about me and my cat, Bobo, and we had the best time in Bud's Castle"....as I called it. Bud even helped me through a snow storm via the phone when I lost my confidence in my driving and served me hot soup when I got back. It was an awesome experience and I would come back any time of I had a chance. It was home away from home, rather than an Airbnb. Thank you Bud, Body and Luna! Will never forget the fun I had in Mendingwalls.

Great stay! Very grateful to Sandra for accommodating my last minute stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.

The house is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The house had everything we could have needed. The kitchen was beyond incredible!! Fridge was full stocked as well. Bedrooms were clean as well, Could not ask for a better house!!!

Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

Truly a peaceful escape from everything going on in life. Her cabin tucks you away and has everything you truly need have a great time. The firepit was so cozy at night. The sauna was relaxing. The sounds of nature and the stream was bliss. I truly recommend staying here when the weather is right. Sheridan was also so communicative and kind. My dog also loved it there.
