Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Warwickshire

The whole family enjoyed the experience. It is a bungalow with peaceful courtyard, yet right behind a friendly village store and close to numerous attractions.

I’ve just stayed at Anita’s Airbnb with five friends for a weekend away. The house is gorgeous - spacious and spotless, with striking and eclectic decor throughout. The garden is delightful, too, it’s a real sun trap with plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun. And then there’s the bar, which is a brilliant and super-fun addition to the house! King’s Heath is a great area and all the bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Anita was also great - always quick to respond and gave us loads of useful info before our stay. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Great host!

Great property, perfect for 4 adults and a child or 5 adults. Parking at the property for 2 cars, one on the drive and one on the road. Walking distance to Warwick City and the castle which is an absolute must! Beds were very comfy, and such a quiet location. Hosts extremely responsive, easy to check in. A great very comfortable property. We loved it. Would highly recommend.

James was so lovely and friendly and responded to my messages immediately. Answered all my questions and did everything he could to help. The house was really big and bright and the bedding and towels were pristine. Outside was lovely and big with plenty of garden furniture to sit together and eat our meals. The hot tub was amazing. Every bedroom had an en suite which was great with shower gel shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. The kitchen had lots of crockery cutlery and pots and pans etc. The coffee machine was an extra plus we could all have a lovely coffee of our choice. Lovely big fridge freezer we fitted everything in easily. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay at your beautiful house we will be back!

Lovely place in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fantastic for our dogs - the garden was fully enclosed with good dog walks close by. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Es war perfekt!!!! Die Unterkunft und der Ort waren wunderschön. Der Deli nebenan toll um Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Ganz in der Nähe der Start desWanserwegs zum Broadway Tower. In der Wohnung selbst die Zimmer sehr gemütlich, schöne Ausstattung der Küche, schöne Gläser und Geschirr. Die Beleuchtung war schön, die großen Fenster, die hellen hellen Zimmer..... man kann garnicht alles aufzählen, es hätte nicht schöner sein können.

Our stay at Trudie‘s was very comfortable. We enjoyed the private location and the lovely room with a cute stall door. Also we had an amazing view into the landscape. If we visit Longborough again, we would definitly book this accomodation again.

Beautiful property with everything we could possibly want. Felt completely at home, lit the fire which was wonderful. Very spacious. Very clean. Lovely furnishings. Elizabeth was there to meet us and show us where everything was. Fabulous location. Would happily return

Wonderful place to stay. peaceful with gorgeous views, beautiful sunsets. It has all you need, clean , spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive if needed, but never intrusive. This was our 4th stay, so that speaks volumes.

Our first visit to Stratford upon Avon was a great one in part due to our wonderful stay at Lisa's place. It was spotless and well maintained; it looked recently renovated. Kitchen was fully stocked. Being on the ground floor, it was easy to bring our luggage in and out with a baby and our stroller. The location was the best part, being right across the street from Shakespeare's birthplace, and a very short walk to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Many thanks for a memorable stay, Lisa!

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at Cotswolds View. The highlight wasn’t just the apartment, but also our fantastic hosts, Genine and her husband! Thanks to their warm welcome, it felt more like a homestay than a typical Airbnb. I’ll keep the details under wraps so future guests won’t expect the same, but for guests like us—unfamiliar with the local scene and transport - they offered extraordinary support that went well beyond any host obligation. Also, they were kind enough to show two donkeys to our child. He was so excited! I would give this place a 5+ star rating if I could. Thank you so much for your kindness, Genine. My friend and I would highly recommend this AirBnb with Julie. It is a stunning little annexe. The property was amazingly clean all throughout, and was very comfortable and warm. All instructions for check in and check out were very clear, the property was easy to find and walking distance from the university. The generous snacks and drinks in the fridge were a cherry on top! We were both very satisfied with our stay and would definitely visit again!

This was my second stay in the annexe. When working down South, it's become my go to, to get a breather from the hustle and bustle of life. Katie is extremely attentive and helpful (even when I was being an accidentally problematic guest). The accomodation is cosily contained in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the lovely Cobbs Farmshop/Café, as well as Stratford so you can have the perfect, relaxing weekend with a little good food and culture on the side!

Claire’s apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Broadway with our baby and dog. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfy, immaculately clean and very practical. Claire had really thought of everything. There were mirrors and plug sockets in all the right places, and labels on things like light switches and kitchen items so everything is easy to understand and use, and there were some lovely little touches, such as welcome drinks and treats. I especially appreciated how clean the kitchen appliances were, as I was using them to prepare food for our baby, and having a washing machine and dishwasher also came in handy! We would not hesitate to return and recommend to friends and family.
