House holiday rentals in Warwickshire

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

Beautiful property, cosy, and had all the amenities we needed. Very comfy bed and a super powerful shower. Overall such a sweet little cottage. We would definitely go back again to try and make use of the pool in warmer months! The gym is also a fabulous extra. Laura was easy to communicate with and we had a stress free seamless stay. Thankyou :)

Lovely hosts, very friendly and very accommodating! The accommodations are even better in person, it is very cosy and me and friends had the loveliest time for my birthday relaxing weekend! All the amenities were provided, definitely worth the money and definitely enough space for everyone! Thank you so much, would recommend it. Only downside is that there is only two parking spaces available (which is stated) but we managed to find parking elsewhere for our 3rd car.

My 2 friends and I had a great 2 nights at Samantha 's place for a bday weekend celebrations. Samantha left a delivious cake abd 2 bottles of wine for us. So very generous of her. My friends's trains were not until 1400 but Samantha allowed to check out later. We are so grateful. Samanta answered all our queries on time which makes it easier to plan our holiday. The location is convenient and within walking distance of all the attractions. The place is clean, plenty of pillows, duvets and pillows. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. I m a very fussy person but Samantha's cottage is lovely. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Samantha for making my birthday a memorable one.

The great thing about the house is that it's less than a 5 minute walk to the pedestrianised area in the center of Stratford-upon-Avon, but is still in a quiet little side street with a parking space. The interior is good, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a lovely garden with comfortable outdoor seating. All the attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon are an easy walk away.

What an incredibly beautiful and peaceful stay! Tom and his wife were such kind and gracious hosts I am so glad I was able to spend a few nights in their beautiful cottage! Getting to meet their two sweet pups made my stay even better if possible! I would 1000% book here again for a peaceful cottage getaway!

Such a beautiful home to stay in. We had a family get together and the location and house were perfect. Lots of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. We really enjoyed using the games room to play pool and darts. Would definitely recommend for family stays.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Annie’s cottage in the Cotswolds! The place was cosy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches—board games, books, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for a breakfast. Annie was a fantastic host—super helpful, responsive, and kind. She gave great recommendations for local pubs and walking trails. The backyard lawn was beautifully maintained, with tables and chairs dotted around the compound, perfect for meals or a picnic. It was a peaceful, relaxing retreat and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming stay in the Cotswolds!

Wonderful place for both 2 legged and 4 legged friends with plenty of beautiful walks. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful, letting us use their paddocks to exercise our GSD. The Writer’s retreat sits within beautifully maintained grounds and has everything required for a break away. I appreciated the thoughtful additions of condiments and spices in the kitchen . If you love books there are shelves and shelves of them; on wet days hunkering down with a book wouldn’t be a problem! Now we’ve discovered this little haven we will definitely return when there is another family get together in Stratford.

Beautiful little cottage with amazing garden, easy walk to the castle and nearby restaurants. Can’t rate the house high enough it was just brilliant! There is a busy road and train track nearby but the tall hedges do a great job of blocking them out and you don’t really hear them once you’re in.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Gary's place. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to all the main attractions and the cottage was so well stocked and beautifully clean and cosy. Gary sorted out parking which was right outside the cottage, and helped with all our other queries. I forgot my kindle and he posted it onto me straight away with tracked delivery. We could not ask for a better host. Definitely a 5 star stay, and highly recommend.

My son and I enjoyed staying here for a short break - very easy to get to Warwick and Leamington Spa. The hosts are friendly and so helpful providing a fan and tick removing tweezers ! It’s a lovely quiet spot - which we loved after a busy hot day at the castle. Beds super comfy! We would recommend !

Really nice apartment which was only a 10 minute walk from Warwick Castle. The apartment was immaculate and looks amazing. All instructions and directions were easy to follow. Highly recommend if your exploring Warwick or surrounding areas.

Easy to check in, clean, and has a large parking slot. Kate prepared the baby cot for us before arrival. Also, there was a game of finding the six ducks that we enjoyed playing!

We recently had a long weekend at Gulsharon’s place and it’s really a lovely house. The pictures and the house matches perfectly. We had a lovely stay here it was clean, spacious, homely and inviting. The kitchen was so lovely to prepare our meals in. We also took a long walk round at the back of the house at the canal and that was lovely. Gulsharon was a very responsive and kind host, he provided all the information we required before and during the trip. Honestly lovely guy. Thank you Gulsharon for your hospitality we had a lovely stay. And we will visit again 🙂 Thia

This AirBnB is nothing short of perfection. The place is luxurious and clean. The hosts have impeccable attention to the details. Plenty of space, natural light and fresh air. The Alpacas and lambs are beautiful to see through the big glass doors every morning as the sun rises over the rolling hills. We left relaxed and rejuvenated. Henley Village around the corner also has great cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

An absolutely stunning house and location. Exactly as in the description if not better. We stayed for a week so with the discount it was well worth the money. A special family week on the river. Plenty of space and great amenities.

Our second stay with Phillipa and we can't fault the it. The location is great, just a short stroll from the RSC, shops and restaurants. the house is super clean, bright, comfy and he garden is super. The addition of easy parking is a bonus. We will be staying again.
