I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had staying at Barton's and Suzanne's place. First, Barron responds quickly and goes above and beyond to assure your stay is pleasant, easy and that you're well informed on local sweet spots and activities. He was a pleasure to talk to, as always. When you arrive, you'll first smile at the curated way it is beautifully furnished with every comfort in mind. But, then you'll start to notice the special touches left to make you feel well taken care of. There was a basket of snacks, and water and soda in the refrigerator with a kind note saying to please help your self. Such a special appreciated touch to the make you feel welcome. The location is a few doors down from the Thames St. and easily walkable to Bowen's Wharf and many attractions. I had a wonderful t experience at Barton's place and plan to have the be my only choice for Newport. Enjoy, Kathy

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

This was exactly what we wanted. Right in the middle of things, we could walk everywhere, off street parking and very clean and comfortable!

Had a wonderful weekend at Kathy's place in Newport. Location is awesome. Walk to everything. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, Tennis Hall of Fame. No car needed once you get there! The apartment is CLEAN! Spotless! Wasn't expecting to have sheets and towels included. That was a nice touch! There was a spare cot and crib, too! Communication with Kathy was easy! Shower pressure was great! Kitchen well equipped. She even left a basket of snacks! My wife wants to come back with her girlfriends!

Excellent location. Walkable to most things. Apartment was clean and spacious. Hosts were very responsive to all questions. Homeless shelter was not an issue. We would stay again.

Lovely apartment on Providence’s west side, a 10 minute walk to downtown and a half hour walk to Brown campus with lots of shops around. Theres only one bathroom for three bedrooms, but it worked out fine for us! Lovely easy space, highly recommend.

Perfect location. Right where you want to be in downtown Newport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Spacious living room. We really enjoyed it .

I had a great stay and Grant was a super helpful and responsive host. Large, clean 2-br apartment located right next to the Brown campus and a block from Thayer Street, but still on a peaceful, leafy block. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot, well located and nice unit. Only thing to note is the ‘side entrance’ still faces the street - not the alley. It’s just not the main entrance. But the neighborhood is lovely and an easy walk to Thayer. Thank you very much!

Phenomenal Host – Highly Recommend! Our experience with Firas was absolutely outstanding. We booked last minute under stressful circumstances, and he was incredibly professional, understanding, and proactive from the very beginning. He made sure our check-in was smooth, even going out of his way to check in on us during the stay to ensure everything was going well. The property was just as described, and the checkout process was seamless. Firas truly went above and beyond — his communication and care made all the difference. We are very grateful and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful host.

Phil's place is ideally located in New Bedford for beautiful walks along the pier and throughout the downtown historic district. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. The crows nest offers the best views of the downtown! Phil was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get checked in and out.

Stayed at Rohan’s place for Brown Graduation. We had a large group so much better than multiple hotel rooms. The property manager met us and helped us get in. There are stairs which were a bit of a challenge for older members of our group, but everyone navigated it fine. Nice drive down Hope/Blackstone to Brown campus. Special bonus: we got to see a Rhode Island Football Club game! And made friends at the Cape Verdian restaurant on the corner. Overall great weekend.

We stayed for a month in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt. in part of Anne's beautiful 19th century mansion. The Unit was the perfect size for my husband and me, and our 2 cats. Anne is an amazing host. She not only made us feel at home, but introduced us to fun activities, restaurants, museums, and sailing lessons in the area. Anne was easy to reach out to, and always responsive to our needs. Anne takes great pride in airbnb hosting, and has wonderful stories about local history and attractions. We definitely intend to come back for another stay with Anne in one of her apartments next Summer.

We had SUCH a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly before, during, and after our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean and was equipped with more than everything we needed. Location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. We hope to book again when we come back to Providence in the fall! Thank you Mustafa and Allison!!!

Richard‘s place was as advertised. It is a quick walk from the ferry and into town. It was clean and very comfortable for up to four people. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Block Island.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Great location, very near Fort Adams and the Castle Inn Lighthouse.

Perfect for a family getaway to Newport. Condo was clean and fit our family well. Any issues were addressed by the front desk staff. The indoor pool, while simple and slightly outdated, was a huge plus and the kids loved it!

We had the best time. It's on the list to do again.

We had an amazing stay at Hamilton’s Place in Newport, Rhode Island! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, with great restaurants like The Newport Lobster Shack just a short walk away. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the convenient parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and there was a convenient elevator that allowed us easy access into our room. Our room had a stunning harbor view, and we enjoyed watching the boats and seagulls with our son. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and would highly recommend it. Five stars!
