Holiday rentals with a patio in Warsaw

Great place, beautiful apartment - well-maintained, very clean, well-equipped. The host is very nice, cordial and helpful, quick communication. Thank you for your stay, I highly recommend it.

Amazing apartment :) Very vell equiped so you can find anything you need for your stay. Very nice new neighbourhood. The construction is still in process nearby but it was not a problem for us :) Zabka 1min away from apartment. Lidl is also not so far. Location little further from the city centre but we had a car and also took the taxi to centre. Will definitely recommend to stay here. Also there are parking spot in the garage:)

Great place and location. Interesting design and nice view from the kitchen and nice balcony.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, the street noise mostly stayed outside, so we could sleep well. The view is amazing! With bus and tram lines right outside the door, we quickly got wherever we wanted to go. It was especially practical that we didn't have to look for a parking space. We will be happy to come back!

Anetas apartment is compact neat and spotlessly clean. The location is easy for all public transport into the centre of Warsaw. Aneta communicated really well and promptly.. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were incredibly soft. Also a bit tricky to get in and out of the bed as it’s a snug fit in the room. The kitchen was fine for light meals. There are lots of small shops, bars etc for supplies at the base of the building.

It's really a very quiet and cozy apartment. In summer, you can enjoy the green terrace to the fullest. We were personally greeted by the host, there was super delicious rhubarb cake made from spelled flour and drinks. Detergent, dishwasher tablets, cosmetics, coffee and tea were also plentiful in the accommodation. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation and especially the hosts are highly recommended.

Everything was great. The apartment was as in the photo and all the amenities for a perfect stay were provided. We spent three months here and this is the perfect apartment for long-term living. I thank the owner for always being in touch and ready to help with any issue. We'll definitely be back ❤️

A very interesting place with a unique, artistic atmosphere. A spacious room, a clean bathroom with all the amenities. In addition, an eclectic living room with access to a garden. Contact with the owner without any problems, very nice person and responds to questions almost immediately. In addition, a short distance from the shopping center or public transport stops. Definitely a great option not only for overnight stays, but also for relaxation!

A great, accommodating landlady. Cute little cottage with a swing. Pure nature. We felt very comfortable and were even able to make a fire. It is absolutely worth the money and definitely recommend it.

Super great stay. This is a STEAL for the price. The house is beautiful and sparkling clean. Krzysz goes the extra mile with keeping everything maintained well and him and his girlfriend are super personable and fun to talk to. The place is generally very quiet too which is a hard thing to find in Warsaw. This room gets the highest recommendation I can give.

I had a very nice stay at this AirBnB. I would recommend it as a nice quiet home for a relaxing vacation with family. The hosts made the house very homely for us and we enjoyed our stay, and I appreciated their hospitality.

The place is great for a longer stay, very spacious, I was only there 1 day so I couldn't use it in full. The only downside - the entrance is not suitable for the disabled, the entrance is behind the stairs with a moving side, the access is through the lawn. But cool in the middle. And a nice listing on tv, with all the apps.

I had a wonderful stay at Antoni's place. The hosts were helpful and the communication was brilliant. The apartment is well designed, and every single amenity felt meticulous and convenient. There's a food shop about 300m away with just about any ingredients you need for a meal. It's also really close to the Warsaw airport. 10/10

We've stayed at Pawel's place for the second time now. Everything was as good as the year before. Location's great, you can order different food delivery options very conveniently as it all comes within the hour. Area is beautiful. Backyard is spacious. Lot's of toys for the kids and things to do. Pawel is always very responsive and eager to help with anything, so your stay goes as smooth as possible!

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

The apartment is very clean. A big advantage is a large garden and a dryer for laundry :) The kitchen is very well equipped! The neighborhood is very quiet and still very close to the center. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes from the apartment. With a clear heart, we can recommend this apartment and the host to other Airbnb users:)

I’m a Chinese student at Kozminski University, and this apartment has been incredibly convenient for me.. It takes only 20–25 minutes to get to campus by tram, and the location is excellent. We lived here for almost 5 months. There are several supermarkets nearby, four gyms within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. As an international student, I felt very welcome here — I never experienced any form of discrimination. If you’re a student or young people, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t fully capture the charm of the apartment — there’s a lovely little park just downstairs that’s perfect for walks, and right next to it is one of the best ice cream shops in Warsaw!

We absolutely loved the apartment! As frequent visitors to Warsaw, we're always drawn to the charm of Saska Kępa, and this apartment was a delightfully airy and pleasant retreat. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

We had a fantastic stay at Patryk ’s place! It was perfect for our family—very clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families. We’d definitely love to stay here again!
