In sight beautiful forest, bike routes, forester's playground, graduation tower, sports facility (board, roller skates, climbing the wall, basket, volleyball, plus 5min bus to swimming pools .

Very nice apartment. There is a kitchen with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a balkony. Behind the building there's a small forest as well as a nice park. Around 200 m from the appartment there's a shopping mall and a cinema. For guest use there`s a undergrung car park with dedicated place. In the kitchen for comfort f guest there are basic kitchen staff like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, spices etc... Night silence applies between 22.00-06.00 so it`s not adequate for parties.

Nearby are also: Saxon Garden, Krakowskie Przedmieście and Old Town. My place is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, and families (with kids). A place for a business trip as well as a private one, with a place to work at a desk and rest in the garden. I live in this apartment, when I go away for a weekend or vacation, I rent it. The apartment is located close to the Gocławek railway station, a bus stop and a tram depot. We can get to the center in 25 minutes by bus, about 20 with Uber or Bolt. There are shrimp aquarium and two cats, in the apartment that you need to take care of during your stay.
