Holiday rentals with breakfast in Warrington

Great location & suited our needs perfectly. Felt very at home staying here, a lovely house. John is friendly and very helpful.

I have just returned from a one night stay at this property. We booked it as a base due to the location as we were going to Newsham Park Hospital/Orphanage ghost hunt. We were able to walk there within 20 mins. We walked also to the local Asda only 15 mins walk. Thank you for a lovely stay.

House is great, spacious with everything you need. Good communication with owner, easy to find and check in. Food, drink and shopping all within walking distance. Easy, free on street parking outside. We really enjoyed our stayand will definitely check availability of this property first next time we come to Chester.

Georgie is a great host very helpful and full of information. The accommodation is perfect has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. very clear on things to do and places to visit like attractions, bar's and restaurants local public transport and even dog friendly places and walks. We had a great stay at Janet's recently. It was easy to find and check in, and all facilities were available in the property. Everything had been thought of. I would highly recommend this AirBnB.

Everything was as described. Comfy beds and great shower. We didn't use public transport but uber was quick and easy to secure for the location. Great spot for a longish stay and great value.

Amazing clean and tidy place which was perfect for a group of us visiting the peak district. The house had everything we needed and was the best equipt air bnb I have ever stayed in! Would definately recommend!!

Was really convenient for going to Anfield Statium. Used ubers that where quick. Wasnt that far to walk into the city centre. Nice house and was very good for the price we enjoyed liverpool .

We were attending a local wedding and Sue’s place was just perfect! It’s amazingly presented, spotlessly clean and the breakfast provisions, chocolates & lollies etc were all just unexpected bonuses. Sue was very helpful and friendly. If we return again we’ll definitely stay there again.

Amazing place and in the heart of the town.

Without doubt, one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! Absolute spotless inside, beautiful garden, exactly as described and a fantastic location for getting to Manchester. Mike has thought of every detail and it was ideal for myself, my husband, our two boys and our dog. Honestly couldn't fault it. Mike's instructions were easy to follow and he provided lots of helpful information before we arrived. 100% recommend!

We love to stay here when we come up to Formby. Feels so comfortable, well situated. The extra touches are very welcome. After our long journey, there are always nice things in the fridge for us to eat and drink on our arrival. John is there if you need any help, but it’s very much your private apartment while you are there. We now regard it as our ‘home’ in Formby.

Me and my friends stayed here for one night, it was lovely, a quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful view, Karen herself was very responsive and was always available to give me information when needed, the kitchen was lovely and clean,.The description to this room was as matched, it felt at home and safe. Very impressed

This is the second time we have stayed with Winston and we would stay again. The property is perfect for us. Close to transportation, shops and restaurants and perfectly outfitted with everything we need. You can also always count on either Winston or Liz to respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

Lovely comfortable, well equipped home. John and Dorothy were really friendly and welcoming hosts. nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were delicious.

Andy home was immaculate and Andy has been very thorough in making sure that his guests are well catered for, providing a really wide range of teas, coffees and cereals. The bed was really comfortable and there were different heights of pillows to choose from and extra blankets. There was good hanging space for clothes, with plenty of coat hangers. I was impressed by Andy’s helpfulness. I would definitely recommend Andy’s Airbnb for a really comfortable sleep at a great price.

Ruby is a very helpful host, lots of friendly communication before arrival and during my stay. The location is excellent for visiting the Christie hospital where my husband was having treatment, literally over the road! There is a small Sainsbury's just down the road towards Wythenshawe and other supermarkets within a 20 minute walk in Didsbury. Having off road parking was another big bonus as on road parking can be time limited. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed for my stay, including snacks, breakfast cereal, tea and coffee. If I need to stay in this area in the future I will definitely try to book here again!

Helen is a wonderful host and I can’t recommend her enough ! The room is cosy and clean, communication is smooth, and her cat will make you feel at home in no time. Thank you for another lovely stay !

It was a nice stay, in a lovely house. I felt like I'm at home with my privacy even when the house is shared with the owner. The playfull dog I really liked him and I can say that he is a very obidient dog. Regarding Angela I cannot complain at all, because she is always ready to listen and help me, giude me, when she have time obviosly as she have her own busy life.

Wendy has a beautiful home that she keeps in tip top shape. We had a great stay, especially with a dog. Wendy was very welcoming and left us to our own devices to explore the local area, with good driving distance to the Peaks.

I booked two rooms via Airbnb and paid £105 which I thought was the price for the two rooms and immediately wrote a note to Karen to explain why I needed two rooms for two people. I had no response until the day before the free cancellation cut off. On that day Karen sent a message saying there would be an extra small charge. I sent a message back asking what it was for and how much. I didn't get a response until after the free cancellation time had past. The extra charge was £50 for the extra room. It was too late for me to find a different place so had to go ahead and pay the extra on arrival. The rooms were lovely, clean and lots of care had been taken to make our stay comfortable. Karen and Phil were lovely too. The whole experience was tarnished for me by the extra money I had to find at such short notice.
