Holiday rentals with lake access in Warrington

Our stay was great! The house looked as depicted in the photos - everything was clean and inviting. It was great for our family vacation! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We especially liked the swings at the dock - we spent time there every morning looking out over the water! Sarah was communicative and flexible about our check in time as well!

We had a great time at Bryan’s place. My sons had an amazing time fishing, it was quiet and peaceful. The location was an easy drive from the beach or restaurants. Bryan was helpful and very responsive. He even helped us out within 5 minutes when we locked ourselves out of the house. Awesome vacation! Would definitely come back.

Booked Danielle’s place for a family vacation! We had plenty of room for kids to play inside and out! Loved being able to fish off the dock, kayak and kids even swam!

Beautiful, spacious house. Beds were very comfortable. We grilled and cooked. We had everything we needed. Loved the layout of the house. After we spent the day out exploring the beaches and shops it was an oasis to come back and relax. Surronded by so many beach choices! Loved our stay !

Thank you for a perfect stay! We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened in patio! The location was perfect to both Pensacola, Perdido and Orange beach! The beds were comfortable and cozy! We had a fantastic stay during our girls’ trip! The townhome is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, with serene bay views on one side and just a short five-minute walk to the beach on the other. Kayaking on the peaceful bay was a definite highlight. The home was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing beach week. We made great use of the kayaks, beach gear, and spent plenty of time unwinding on the balconies. The location was also ideal—just a quick drive to great restaurants, shopping, and downtown Pensacola. Lauren and Reid were exceptional hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We loved being so close to the water and fishing from the dock. The screened in porch was very cozy and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly and we enjoyed talking to them. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. The added beach chairs, floats, wagon and beach towels were a bonus. We cooked on the gas grill as well. Sweet little house.

These condos are very convenient to the beach. About a 5-7 minute walk. The condo has a cute layout and some new furniture. I wouldn’t advise putting 8 adults in it but for families with kids or two couples, it is ideal. Delilah was response and easy to work with.

We had the best time for Memorial Day Weekend! The place was clean and much more roomy than the pictures made it seem! We will definitely be coming back!

Studio apartment is in a convenient location to downtown Pensacola and beach. Located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and helpful during our month-long stay. Highly recommend.

Bob was very nice. we met him when we arrived a little early. the marina is a couple minute walk with a little beach. place was cute and furniture was very comfortable. the little fenced in yard was perfect for my dog to play and there is also a dog park less than a mile away. definitely would stay here again

Absolutely adorable place to stay in gulf shores! Extremely clean, tidy and cozy. Close to the beach to go enjoy your days by the water and in a safe gated community. Would love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend staying here.

It was very beautiful loved the place very clean. Had a good stay would definitely come back. The only problem I had was the internet but he was very responsive on trying to fix the problem! Definitely recommend!

Everything was great! If you like soft mattresses this is it! The bed was so comfy! We really liked the patio out to the grassy area and the view of the marina. It was small, but perfect for us.

Clean and Spotless upon arrival. Private with fencing all around property. Beautiful scenery and less than a mile from Navy Point. Will recommend!!

If you ever find yourself vacationing in Gulf Shores...... this is the place to be! They have numerous activities as well as the perfect location for enjoying everything the town has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s. It’s In a quiet neighborhood and easy to venture out to anywhere we wanted to explore. Loved the remotes for fans and lights in each room. We also spent a lot of time just hanging out in the piano room which was a key part of getting together. The place also had chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach and most anything you might need. It has been well thought out. We were very happy we chose this place amongst all the different options. Thanks Christopher for a great stay!

Had a great time. Great location- quick walk to beach/ playground. Friendly neighbors. Fit my family well for the week we were in town.

What can we say….we had a wonderful experience this weekend at the Cottage. Ours was a last minute booking and so thankful we found this! I highly recommend the Cottages at Gulf State Park.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The location was convenient to the beach and OWA waterpark. My grandkids loved the bunkroom and the Foosball table. We would definitely stay here again!
