Nestled privately at the top of a steep* driveway, Tiny on the Hill features a wrap around deck, private sauna, small frog pond and walking/xc skiing trails through the woods out back. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy Vermont year round! Located 15 mins from Burlington and 5mins from I-89 the location makes it convenient to enjoy Burlington while keeping the skiing/hiking/mountain biking destinations within an hours drive. It’s the perfect in-between spot.

Cottontail Cottage - Peaceful yard & SAUNA

Quiet and peaceful cottage in a beautiful setting. Located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy the sunrise over the hills behind the cottage and sunsets over the Adirondacks to the west. Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. (The sauna is available by reservation to ensure your privacy.)

Mt Abe and Bartlett's Falls are the closest options. We're also close to civilization with several towns close by to explore for food, drink, art, and shopping. The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

Located in the New North End of Burlington, this urban get away in a quiet residential neighborhood features the Burlington Bike Path down the street, a vegan cafe across the road and use of spacious backyard sauna. Guests have access to a private bathroom through a separate entry in the main house, about 20 steps away. Breakfast nook includes coffee, tea, microwave, mini fridge & sink.

The Saunahaus is centrally located near the Waterbury Park & Ride and within walking distance to downtown Waterbury. Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, an electric finish style barrel sauna with river access, an infrared sauna located in one of the bedrooms, a gas fireplace, a bbq, two porches and a full kitchen.
