Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Warner Bros. Studios, Burbank

I stayed at Jerry's place in Toluca Lake on a work trip for two weeks and it was an overall fantastic stay. The location was beautiful: Toluca Lake is clean, well-kept, safe and peaceful, and it was such a treat going running around the nearby streets in the early morning. It was about 30mins to get to most touristy places, in good traffic. There are three grocery shops in 15min walking distance away, and a coffee shop nearby. The house itself was perfectly clean and spacious, with a particularly well-equipped kitchen and the comfiest bed (perfect if you like a firm mattress!). There is also lots of outdoor space, some shared and a little private bench and terrace that is for your personal use. This was certainly the highlight as it was a lovely suntrap and perfect for sitting out and eating breakfast. Jerry is a very helpful and friendly host, and he made sure I had everything I needed during the entirety of my stay. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would highly recommend it!

I stayed here for a quick weekend trip for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. This was probably the most convenient location I’ve had for solo female travel. - Travel convenience without a car. Down the street from Hollywood and Vine train. Traveled to my concert without a hitch. Lyfts took less than 4 minutes max of waiting time. - A few steps from a CVS if you forget travel essentials. - I felt pretty safe. Though the neighborhood is full of characters (Hollywood!) the street was well lit at night. The building is restricted access, and the front door has less foot traffic relative to the rest of the block. - Apartment was clean and comfy, looks exactly like the photos. Hosts had clear instructions on where lights and temp control were in the apartment. Bonus points for stable WiFi. The hosts were quick tor respond to any questions I had via chat, which were few since their check in instructions were super clear. Overall, it was a fantastic weekend getaway.

Leila and Enrie have a beautiful home and they were the most gracious of hosts. The place was thoughtfully arranged and designed and overall just pleasant to stay in. They were super responsive to any inquiries, and were quick to supply us with anything we needed, whether that be bags, a new fire tv stick (!!!), a vacuum. They were flexible to our requests too. On one of the days they even gave us a heads up about the street cleaning so that we wouldn't get a ticket. They were so thoughtful and kind. Highly recommend staying here!

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Sam's Hollywood Hills appartment was fantastic. Great location, quiet with a million dollar view on LA, but still close to all the attractions that West Hollywood has to offer. The appartment was just as nice in the pictures as it was in reality and it has everything you need, including some snacks that Sam left for us at the arrival. Sam was also very attentative and always easy to reach and responded quickly. We can highly recommend and would come back again if back in the area.

Wendy’s place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and the location was ideal for our visit to Burbank. Wendy was an outstanding host: very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll absolutely stay here again when visiting our son. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood only 12 minutes from Rose Bowl Stadium, Anthony's home was clean and had exactly what my group needed for our quick weekend trip. Washer and dryer in unit was very helpful to have, AC throughout home, and recently renovated so the home felt clean. We didn't need food places to be walkable but it was nice that delivery apps were convenient and restaraunts/cafes were 6-10 minutes walking. Keypad entry made it easy to get in and out, and plenty of street parking for our oversized car. Would come back and stay at Anthony's.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We recently stayed here in Burbank to visit family close by and enjoy Universal Studios. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. It is very centrally located in the heart of Burbank and is in a nice and safe neighborhood with close proximity to a lot of restaurants and the famous bakery, Porto’s. The house is very well taken care of and extremely clean. We stayed with my one year old, four year old and my parents. The layout of the house is nice and the beds extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard area which had a very wonderful pool including pool floats, outdoor table, and BBQ. The hosts also had a high chair setup and a pack and play for my one year old. Heather and Janeth were also very responsive.

This airbnb is so amazing! It’s so huge perfect for a big family. The AC works so well and gets pretty chilly. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. You can hear planes flying over pretty close but my family brought big fans to drown out the sound at night and it didn’t bother us at all! Very comfy place overall and close to lots of restaurants ! I would love to stay here again someday!

Our family of 5 (all adults) were very comfortable at Sunny's place. The description and photos are very accurate. The property is lovely with lots of plants inside and out to make it feel like a real home. Modern bathrooms and kitchen were greatly appreciated. It was stocked with many essentials and a few extras in the cabinets too. The area is so peaceful. Easy walk to Beachwood Market and Beachwood Cafe. As stated in other reviews, there is no a/c, but with the windows opened and the fans near the beds it was quite delightful for our end of May stay. Sunny was always responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We are two professional friends from the East Coast, in town for a conference. We decided to come early and hang out together, and explore Los Angeles for a few days. The house was perfect for our purposes: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an efficient kitchen, a living room with a view over the valley. The location is superb: quick and easy access to the Hollywood freeway, meaning you can set off in any direction in greater Los Angeles from a central point. We explored all the way from Pasadena to Malibu Canyon to Palos Verdes and the port. For fun we drove Mulholland Drive, which starts at the bottom of the hill to the house, to the Getty Center. There is nothing like the Hollywood Hills anywhere. You have to see it to believe it.

This house is a little hidden oasis, just outside the main drag of WeHo. We were a small group of friends visiting for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Very stylish and clean. Melissa was a very friendly proactive host who focused on making things easy for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
