Monthly Rentals in Warne

The location was absolutely beautiful, the house was very clean, and Eric was very responsive throughout our stay. We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay there again.

The place was well set up, the location to the John C Campbell Folkschool was very convenient (8 minutes away), and for the weeklong course was great to have an affordable, quiet, private off-campus home base. Mayvis was consistently responsive and helpful.

Well if Dale would have done something about the two days of torrential rain, I would have left him more than 2 stars. Just kidding, this place gets 5 stars all the way, the place was exactly as described, clean and quiet with exactly what I needed. It was a perfect place for a couple of days of downtime. Any questions that I had to Dale were answered almost as fast as I sent them and he was always helpful and went above and beyond. You really couldn't pick a better spot for these cabins, there's a nice field that the deer come up into, a babbling brook on the edge of the property, quiet roads to walk, cows just on the other side of the creek and a stand of trees across the road with a helpful rooster to let you know that the sun will be up soon. Within a few miles, there are one of a kind curiosity shops, art stores, one of a kind mom and pop type restaurants to eat at and hundreds of miles of scenic roads. I'm already planning my next trip.

We spent five days there; it was a great place to rest and relax. The sunset view is excellent; there’s a tower from which the view is phenomenal. The property’s location is ideal for relaxing and unwinding; it’s very private. It would be great if the furniture were on the main floor balcony. Overall, the place is clean and organized, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The only downside is that you have to take your trash out, and there’s nowhere nearby to dump it. The only place you have to pay to throw it out is to pay a fee, and you have to consider that you have to pay a fairly high cleaning fee, which makes no sense.
