I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt incredibly welcoming. It had all the little touches that make a stay feel special—fresh towels, coffee and tea, and even a welcome note! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything I needed. Whether I wanted to relax or head out exploring, it was the best of both worlds. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. They provided helpful local tips and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely calming space, great location, highly recommend!

From first making the booking, Margaret was very mindful of us and a great communicator. Very friendly and welcoming. She checked we had received the instructions on how to gain access and that we understood the procedure. The view of the sea and being an easy walk to the township were great attributes.

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

Killy Dora was immaculately presented. The kitchen was well stocked, we wanted for nothing. Every room was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of televisions to amuse multi aged families. There was a great set up for wheel chair access, a ramp for entry, great access to the kitchen/dining area, main bedroom and ensuite. If in an electric scooter style wheel chair, aid may need to be given when using the toilet as there is only a hand rail on one side of the toilet and the distance from the wall to the toilet is a little tight. But this will vary depending on the size of the wheel chair used and may not be an issue for everyone. The rear yard was a great size. Plenty of room for children to play, room to turn the car around and space for the dogs to run. The only issue we had was that the rear yard was not secure for medium to large dogs, so we had to be with our dog all of the time and could not have left her unattended in the yard. Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.

We used Josephine’s apartment while visiting family in the Aspendale area. It is perfectly located near the station and a few metres back from the beach. The apartment was quiet and well presented and we found it particularly clean too. The apartment also has its own soul and personal decorating touches which made the apartment feel more welcoming and alive. Access is super easy and no fuss as is the building itself to navigate. Would recommend!

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Wonderful property that is walkable to the beautiful beach. Kitchen had pretty much all amenities you could ask for. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was cosy. A very peaceful stay with no interruptions!! Judy was very accomodating when we also asked for an earlier check in.
