Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Wappapello

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated to feel very cozy. Huge rooms with lots of areas to gather or lots of space to spread out. The sun room was the favorite place for the adults and the teenagers really liked the pool table and place to play games. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The place was immaculately clean and very well stocked with whatever we needed. Fantastic stay!!

Lucy was very communicative abouts the house and activities and attractions nearby. She was very responsive. The house worked very well for our family of 5 with the three baths and two full showers. Nice deck off the back of the house with a couch, table and umbrella and gas grill. We really enjoyed the nice fire pit and big yard and my kids loved the cows right across the street!

Beautiful deck on the river. Linens were of high quality. Everything was just as described. Highly recommend.

CLEAN. Beautiful. Plenty of room. Exactly what we needed. 7 minutes from the grocery store. Very private. We happened to be there when the fireflies were very active. We were surrounded! It was magical!

My husband and I gathered with our adult daughters and mates for a post-holiday weekend. Doniphan was close to the epicenter of our three home bases. Scotty’s Sunny Spot and host DeYanna were great and we had a wonderful weekend. The house was nicely decorated and a perfect size for the six of us. We enjoyed the living room - and the kitchen was amazing. We also appreciated the several extras provided (a bowl of candy, coffee bar syrups, spices and baggies, etc.). The beds were comfortable and bathrooms beautiful. DeYanna was responsive to questions and quickly resolved a small issue.

The cabin was awesome! very clean, updated, private and quiet location. Less than a mile from the lake. Sitting out on the front porch listening to rain drops hit the metal roof was awesome!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone. great house and host

Such a lovely place to stay!! We had a blast!! If you visit the area Kellies place is a must stay!! Clean homey and has everything you can ask for!! Nice peaceful area!! I’ve traveled all over the world and Kellie’s place is a 10/10!!!

We cannot say enough great things about this place—but even more so about the people. Taylor and Johnny went above and beyond in every way. My brother is currently traveling the country by e-bike, and when he ran into issues with his trailer and arrived late at night, they didn’t hesitate to help. As his big sister coordinating from afar, I was blown away by how communicative and kind they were—staying up late to make sure he got in safely. Even over a holiday weekend, they stepped in to help him get the trailer repaired and made sure he was taken care of. Truly next-level hospitality. I cannot put into words how enjoyable my week long stay here was. I didn’t want to stay at a hotel. I wanted something more like home, and this place delivered! The cabin was right beside a cute lake in a beautiful neighborhood. The host was friendly and accommodating. The cabin was nice and spacious and had everything I needed. I will be booking here again if I get the chance.

My husband and I went for our 1st year of marriage. We have been together for 5 1/2. We loved it, they provide about everything you would think of. Games, books, cooking supplies, even things to use for outside, like wood for a fire, stuff to grill, cups, plates, etc. you can just come as you are, because they got you lol. You definitely feel at home. Alberta made our first visit pretty wonderful, anything you need, they are there. The whole set up in the cabin and around, amazing. 🤩 very beautiful. Would definitely recommend going here, especially for a couples trip. If you just love nature in general, and want to get away, I would go here.

AWESOME people and place, some of the amenities weren’t ready to use but as far as the cabin that you stay in and the owners were incredible! Great location if you’re doing anything in Advance. They went the extra mile to accommodate traveling duck hunters. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Advance!

A nice cabin in a beautiful setting. Great location if you like a location that is tucked away and peaceful. The cabin itself is set up very nicely and the host was very thoughtful to ensure you are comfortable during your stay with their accommodations and amenities.

Last minute getaway for my husband and I. We were pleasantly surprised dogs were allowed and they even had a dog park on site. Cabins are super cute and organized. We spent most of our time on the lake fishing or at the private river access letting our dog swim. The golf carts made it much easier to get around because there’s so much to do. We wish we would have booked longer so we could have explored the property more and possibly kayaked but we will definitely stay again!

Veronica's place in Piedmont was a true gem, offering the perfect blend of location, cleanliness, and amenities. From the lovely coffee bar to the golf range, fire pit, and every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated the little touches that made this place feel like home.
